Not negative for us, but consider to chose this hotel if you want to be close to the center, because you can only get there by taxi boat (100-150baht/person). The TV was old, small and not smart, but it wasn’t a big deal, we were mostly outside, didn’t need it 🙂 also the terrace needs some renovations.

This is the perfect choice in PhiPhi if you are searching for a relaxed stay. The view is amazing, the staff super helpful and nice. The room is spacious and beautiful. They are cleaning the rooms daily and provide water, coke in the minibar for free. Not a cheap choice, but totally worth it.

We did extensive research on which hotel to choose on Long Beach, and this was by far the best option! We originally booked for 2 nights but ended up extending our stay to 7 nights because we absolutely loved it here. The resort provided a free boat upon arriving and departing, also the resort has everything you need: clean, spacious rooms that are cleaned everyday, comfortable sunbeds, a clean beachfront, one pool with a view of the sea, another pool in the territory, a shower in the beach area, excellent breakfast, super friendly and professional staff, a beachfront restaurant and also a trolley around the territory so it was possible to go from the room to lobby by car. The restaurant was very good and our stomachs felt great (we drank iced drinks and tried different foods). The location is perfect—easy to reach the city center by longboat (10 minutes) or on foot (about 30-40 minutes). However, be careful when returning to the hotel late at night, as there may be some scammer taxi boats (which are not connected to the hotel). The resort also has its own shop if you need items like SPF cream, water, snacks, ice cream, or anything else. During our 7-day stay, we explored other hotels along Long Beach, and we’re convinced this is the best choice. Phi Phi The Beach Resort offers sunbeds, a beachfront restaurant, a large and green property, a shop, a beach where you can easily swim, and a great snorkeling spot—things the other hotels didn’t offer. One day, we booked a private longboat tour to Maya Bay (Phi Phi Le Island, the island where Leonardo DiCaprio filmed The Beach) which was a super fun experience! We booked the tour at the bar, located on the hotel’s property. I also had a small injury on my leg, and the hotel staff were incredibly professional, cleaning the wound very thoroughly. Thank you!

The view from our hut was lovely and matched the photos we seen online. Sea view :) The room was spacious with working A/C - it was incredibly warm due to the wood interior and we could not get the temperature right using the A/C remote so we asked a staff member to help and they fixed it immediately. It was a little bit loud but was fine. Food was really good, banana split was a fave of ours. The breakfast was nice, would have been nice to have a few pastries for a sweet option, they had cake which was nice. The fire show in the evening was enjoyable. The staff were beyond accommodating, welcoming, sweet and very efficient.

the location, you have to take a longtail boat each time you want to go somewhere. althoug it is on a “private” beach, there is so much sea traffic that there is no peace. breakfast was okay, cats also there. if the staff at booking trips is hotel staff-they are not the nicest people who would made an effort to book a trip for you.

We had a small lizard inside our bathroom but I guess that's part of the hotel's environment... (It´s expected to see wildlife, we even had monkeys around the room one day. Very cool!)

I stayed at the The Beach Resort Hotel from October 21st to October 25th, 2024, for a relaxing beach vacation with my friends. It's a very good price-quality hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and the staff immediately took our luggage to the room. The breakfast was varied (with cereals, toasts, eggs, fruit and other cooked meals.). The bedroom was spacious and confortable. The room had beach towels and bath robes. The hotel's beach (Long Beach) is very nice and pretty. The hotel provided free buggy shuttles from the room to the reception anytime we wanted (the rooms are located on a steep hill which makes walking a little more difficult). The hotel also provides complimentary water bottles everyday. Overall, I would say it is a good 3 Star Hotel.

Nothing to complain about although the bed feels like orthopaedic but the pillows were so comfy which was really good. We had a great night sleep.

It was an awesome stay. We do love the views and our room was fully functional. The service was great and everything seems easy out there. Breakfast selection was divine, we will comeback indeed!

The rooms could do with a lick of paint and fixing of a few fixtures but we were hardly in the room for our stay.

The location can be a plus and a minus for some people…. The seclusion gives you a great view away from everything….. but it also limits choices and forces you to take water taxis and walk a bit more

Slightly small pool which I can imagine will be very crowded in the high season. The breakfast was also rather basic.

Great location on quiet part of long beach, away from the party in town. It was good to stay in the Front Side Deluxe Villa as it was a short walk up the hill. The hotel restaurant is probably one of the nicer ones on Long beach. Keep in mind you need to take a taxi boat into town for 100 THB per person, which is for free during check in and check out.
