Abit out the way so dark on a night for any lone people Monkeys are apparently aggressive but our balcony door seemed slightly open at all times and didn’t completely which was a concern, especially when all three of us got eaten alive by mosquitoes in our stay

Great staff, large room and they let us check in early which was awesome. Good location on the quiet side of the island away from all the partying and busyness but could still get to the beach on the other side of the island in a couple minutes.

The bathroom could be a lot more clean in the sense of cleaning fungus that grows in little spaces for the humidity, those details makes you feel the space is not clean and comfortable when maybe the furniture is alright

The pool, the bed and room in general, the location super quiet in comparison with the rest of the island which is super crowded

Bungalow not secure from insects and mosquitos so no respite from being bitten. Mattresses need replacing as slip off each side easily. Restaurant staff and cleaner - felt like imposing when approached and not so friendly.

Pool was great, it was quiet of an evening from the business of the Central activity and air conditioning was great. Very little interaction with staff but reception very friendly and helpful.

Wifi signal is not good at all, really weak. The TV does not have many options in English.

The hotel is good, comfortable beds, clean, great swimming area. The Wifi does not work as good as I expected. Apart from this, everything good.

There are monkeys that live in the trees above the bungalows which caused us an issue getting into our room one day, they started to attack my husband. The breakfast was very poor, cold and it's not worth 150 baht per person.

We had a wooden bungalow by the swimming pool, which was very comfortable. Plenty of towels available for the pool and the pool wasn't over busy and there were minimal children. The bellmen help you with your luggage both from and to the pier. Location is about 15 minutes from the pier far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Approximately 20 minutes from the market where cheap good food is available.

Bed was hard, and the room was lacking some basic necessities like hand towels and hand soap.

Pool was nice- heavily chlorinated so rinse off afterwards. The location was good, away from the parties.

The aircon didn’t really work but they gave us a fan and then came to fix it the next day which was great apart from the fact they covered all our makeup and toiletries in dirt that must’ve come out of the aircon.

Pool was great to use at night - has cute lights liked the fact we had balconies so we could dry our clothes & smoke.

Stayed in one of the bungalows, bungalows are nice but not ideal we’re they are located as next to toilet block and facing rubbish not ideal , if I was to stay again would go for room with balcony ,the pool lovely and the floating breakfast looks good but the eggs to hard

It is not close the the pier but it is not far, but when you arrive you have to walk with your luggage a bit. The good thing about this is quite during night and you can deep sleep. In addition, the toilets are the worst thing in the room, but it not horrible either. It is funny that when you shower the water doesn't go and stay in the shower area.

The pool was really really nice, you can get some swim to refresh yourself. The room was really nice, with nice windows and next to the tree where you may see monkeys, but unfortunately we were not lucky to see them. Aircon works well and I sleep deep and long for the night I stay there. We check in really early as the room was ready and staff was really nice. There is a nice breakfast place really close by.

Beds weren't most comfortable. Opening of the windows didn't fully close and I was afraid bugs would come through. I placed a towel in between to avoid that and it was ok.

The breakfast is very poor. When you are not in the room, the frigidare doesnt work. Need to request a second "key" and they look at you like 'what you want'

The location is a bit far fron the "center" and this is tje good point, that is far from the noise. Room OK.
