Costa RicaThe accommodation was very well located, and in general the quality-price ratio is very good. It is true that the water in the place does not smell very good, but it is not something that has to do directly with the hotel. If you want to stay a couple of nights to go out partying or take the different tours, it is a very good option, centrally located, very close to the pier and all the shops and restaurants.

GermanyThe bathroom in the second room was super smelly! The room was next to an alley were they were washing dishes till the middle of the night. Maybe that’s also were the smell came from. On top of that, the beds were quite hard.
We stayed in two different rooms, because we booked the second night later. Both rooms were really spacious - also the bathrooms. Even the bed was huge! Also, the staff was super nice and helpful and the location was perfect. Really close to the beach, the pier and the city center.

You get what you pay for. Close to the beaches and pier Moved from long beach to here and it was a lot better Room was small but air con worked well. Staff were very friendly & helpful It was quiet considering in a main area 1000 baht / passport deposit so factor this in your do get it back though

We stayed on the ground floor, number 4, the balcony was hot as hell and there was no view at all, it was closed with wood stripes, also it was turned to a small street facing the back of restaurants so you could smell food, oil, etc. overall is a good place but avoid room 4 😉.

CanadaWe had no running water for 2 days straight, nobody knew when it would be coming back. We were able to use the facilities at the hostel across the street. Upon check in they asked for 1000 baht cash deposit or passport which was never mentioned anywhere before booking, no daily housekeeping service, gross smell coming from the bathroom but that’s everywhere on the island pretty much. Shower head was disgusting.

Location. Far from the parties, so good to sleep quiet and nice. The aircon works perfect, so you can be chill in the room. The bed is big and nice. Not as hard as usual accommodation in asia.
