More lighting in the room would be nice. Maybe because we had a bungalow by the pool but mosquitos were eating us every night.

1. Friendly, helpful, always smiling staff. We felt really taken care of. The staff is always around taking care of the place and guests which is a huge plus and personally it is a sign for me that it is a good resort. 2. Supberb breakfast in a lovely area with a big variety of options; juices, tea, coffee, cereal bar, hot meals, french toast, eggs. 3. Big, very clean pool. 4. Room with lots of space, storage hairdryer, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, water. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. Free beach towels rent. 7. Probably for the first time in Asia we had a nicely working AC. Usually it is nothing between off and freezing byt not here - you can set up nice, mild temerature.

nothing - for the price it was perfect

brilliant location - very quiet hotel but within 2 minutes walk of all that Phi Phi has to offer. Pool was great but there is not much shade - having a pool to use was heaven since the beaches in Phi Phi town aren't the best. Room was pretty basic but had everything you needed - breakfast was fairly limited but that was fine too. You are really payign for a quiet room with a fabulous location - would def stay again

Room was on the smaller side but still very comfortable

Located right in town, we were lucky and stayed in a cabin in the middle of the resort, so we could only hear distant bass music from the bars. Cabins closer to the property edge were likely a little more noisy. Nice and clean, really nice pool.

AC not very powerful, so rooms become very hot even with AC on full

Too many mosquitoes made the experience not as pleasant. Also only one power point in the whole room wasn’t the most practical thing. The aircon would take a while to make the room fresh but in general nothing that would ruin the whole experience.

Good location, decent breakfast, good value for money in general :)

Bungalows weren’t really sound proof so wouldn't recommend if you’re a really light sleeper.

The room was fine, pretty basic but okay! Airco worked perfectly but the shower was pretty uncomfortable because it was so hard and the toilet didn’t always flush fully… however; if we highlighted this to the staff they tried to fix it asap.

Really loved the staff, they were so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Also the route towards the room and the garden were sooo beautiful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was really goood!

Rooms were basic but had everything you needed. Aircon never really got that cold.

Amazing location for bars, restaurants and the port. Music can be heard from the nearby bars but not enough to disturb sleep (unless you are a light sleeper)

Simple but very clean accommodation with an excellent location, away from the party beach, but easy walking distance to any place you like to go to. The steps to the viewpoint are right next door, which is a MUST activity as the view is just awesome

Room wasn’t very spacious. Air con wasn’t great, it was always on but felt like it was just like a fan blowing warm air around. So I was a rather uncomfortable sweaty sleep. Pool could do with more shade around the sun loungers, and the water felt like a hot bath.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, right in the middle of the restaurants and shops. 7-eleven directly outside. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice, there was someone waiting at the boat dock that offered to wheel bags back to the hotel for you, which was kind.

The staff that works in the morning is super friendly. Nice bungalows and good location. 5min to the beach and in the city center but no noise from the parties.
