Pool area, great for relaxing with a beer and a book. Restaurant open all day, good food.

This is a very nice hotel. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and I had a bathtub. The hotel has a pool and a garden where you can relax, have a drink and eat. The food was good. The staff is friendly and helpfull. They arranged a taxi for me to visit Phanom Rung and Muang Tum, which took half a day.

Although from room to room, the soundproofing was excellent, the windows did allow a bit of noise through from outside. Although this didn't really bother us, especially in the evening one could be bothered by ambient noise filtering into the room from the restaurant and bar below if one is sensitive to such.

Our kids loved the courtyard of the hotel, which packed a pool, a playground, grass field and the restaurant together. This allowed us to eat, swim and play all wihin just a few meters of each other. The pool has a shallow end (80cm) perfect for our 3 year old. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and affordable. The included breakfast buffet was good, especially for the price paid. The rooms were spacious and excellent value for money. And the location to phanom rung was good. we had a car, and one would definitely be advisable when staying in this region. Although we didn't use them, we did see bicycles available for borrow at the hotel. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly and many spoke good English. Those that didn't, quickly knew to find someone who did. They even had a selection of games for borrowing, at the reception. Overall, we loved our stay and would come back for sure, when in the region.

Without own transport the resort is a little bit of a long way outside town along a busy main road.

There was quite some noise in the rooms, probably due to the family rooms that have cool playgrounds for the kids. Although some parents seem to be OK to have their kids jump and play until midnight.

The swimming pool didn't look super clean I paid 1000 bth extra for a kid bed

We stay a couple of times a year. We have young kids and older parents. It works for all of us the staff are number 1 in every thing they do. We will always be coming back.

It's a bit pricey for a tired old hotel compared to other newer and fresher establishments. Pleasant enough but nothing stood out to make me run back there.

We visited early in the week, it was quiet and had a nice outlook from our top floor room. The hotel is showing it's age and is a pleasant stay.

We didn't like the breakfast. This hotel has 4 stars, so I was expecting a good breakfast. The breakfast was not tasty. There were a lot of flies around the food.

We liked the room, it was big and spacious. The bed is large and comfortable. The bed linen was clean and very pleasant, good quality. The towels were good too
