Golf is super nice and kind.The place is spotless and smell well.The bed is very comfortable.The AC work very well.She puts 2 small bottles of water every morning in front of your door.Also gave me a mango smoothie as a well come. It is very close to the beach ,restaurants ,day and night market.The swimming pool are was great too.

United KingdomWe had the most wonderful stay at Phannarai House. Golf was a perfect host , so helpful going above and beyond to make our stay and transfers as easy as possible. Our room was so spacious and comfortable with a great roof terrace to sit in the evenings and the pool was lovely. Great location by so many cafes and drinks places and only a short walk to the beach. Couldn't recommend enough.

United KingdomGolf was honestly the best part about my stay. She was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed and was available if I needed anything. There is a pool on site (I didn’t end up using it) and a 2 minute walk from Lamai beach. Each room is in its own individual bungalow and has a rooftop each! Thank you so much Golf !

We really enjoyed our stay at Phannarai House. The host was so welcoming and lovely. She gave us so much information about Koh Samui when we arrived and also welcomed us with a coconut drink each. The room had great facilities and was very clean - it was more like a studio apartment than a bedroom. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel has a large pool which we didn't get to use but it looked ideal. The hotel is also in a good location close to the main area in Lamai.

Off the side road so very quiet day and night, close to big supermarket, 10 minute walk to night Market and all the shops and bars, beach etc. 25 metres away from a great laundry shop that will clean and press. The room is clean, tv, coffee, free water, great shower, and the best bed I ever slept in my whole life. But I do like a firm bed. Golf, her name, will greet you with a huge smile. Thank you for a lovely stay.

United KingdomFantastic stay in Lamai! Golf the owner was so welcoming and kind she couldn’t do enough for us. She kindly gave us coconuts to drink on arrival and 2 bottles of water everyday of our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big fridge and great AC. The location is perfect, you our down a chilled private road but just a 2 minute walk to the long sandy beach, 2 minutes to the night markets (our fave night markets in Thailand they were super chilled and really nice food), 5 minutes to the main strip of Lamai loads of bars and restaurants and shops!!

She met us outside as we arrived at night, she let me use her laptop to do a exam and we also rented a scooter off her completely stress free. The actual room was very comfy and had everything you need. Recommend if you are staying in the Lamai area.

Latviaconvenient location, a few minutes walk to the sea. I liked that there was nobody behind the wall. Everyone was in their own separate house. Therefore, the soundproofing was ideal. there is a swimming pool with sun loungers. I liked the order and the set quiet hour that all guests followed. It is possible to buy a tour or order a taxi. But most importantly, the hostess is absolutely sunny, friendly, and ready to help her guests. Thank you, dear Golf!🙏

If you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation that’s safe and clean this is it. I was travelling alone and found this place really welcoming and friendly. It’s close to the night market and to the beach. It’s cycling distance to Koh fit and Koh fight ( I was there to do BJJ). Loads of laundry’s and restaurants close by too. I would stay here again.

AustraliaIt is only minor, but some beach towels as well as towels for the shower would be great. Golf always changed the towels as soon as we asked, but it would be nice to have an extra towel per person because the property has a pool and there is the beach, so lots of swimming and wet towels
