One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been in my life. Kind stuff and owners and attention to the very small details. I watch from the villa’s balcony with the private pool - the most amazing and breath stopping sunsets I’ve seen in my life 🙏♥️ thank you 🙏 I will definitely come back sooner or later, solo or honeymoon. Perfect!

Difficult to complain about anything but for me, I would change the open air bathroom to reduce jungle critters and it’s rough floor on my bare feet. Some have complained about the 80 odd steps down to the property but this is a small price to pay for the complete privacy.

The spaciousness, openness with stunning views and everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Nothing was too great an ask from the staff or the owners and the driver service was superb.

Amazing property. The view is incredible but does come at a price as it’s on a very, very steep hill. However it was worth it! We never actually needed to walk up the hill as used the free shuttle bus or taxi (if we were late back). The villa itself is lovely and well equipped but what makes this place extra special is the attention to detail and the extra mile they go to, particularly the manager who was always on hand. We would definitely stay there again

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist and the manager met us upon arrival and were both super helpful. A shuttle included with a lovely driver was great, and just amazing service all round. Want to go back already and I only left this morning!

The villas are beautiful and the staff are amazing. Don’t hesitate on booking this villa. We worried as we are a family of 4 and we’re concerned about the location without a car but the property provide an amazing driver that will take you pretty much anywhere you want to go and collect you at any time between 8am and 9pm it’s honestly incredible. They really do bend over backwards to accommodate all your needs. It’s amazing. Please stay here. We were just sad our stay had to come to an end.

It's really high up the hill, so pack some snacks and booze you like from the city below before coming. The mosquitos are fierce! Not the villas fault, obviously.. bring repellant.

Oh my god that was incredible! The enitire villa down the smallest items is so beautifully decorated, everything new and nice the infinity pool with the view wow the outdoor shower wow. We want that bedroom in our house. You wont regret

We ended our backpacking trip in the villa at Koh Tao which was absolutely amazing. The villa was decorated so lovely and the view was incredible. I couldn’t recommended it more. The staff including Katin went above and beyond, we had a shuttle service included whenever we wanted to go anywhere which was great. I also left my swimming costume and Katin 💕 dropped this back off for me at our next hotel in Koh Tao. So thankful for her she was a credit to the villa.

Nothing; absolutely nothing.

Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we touched the pier to the moment we left, the Phandara team was there to assist us. They picked us up from the pier, which they suggested themselves, we didn't have to ask, and we arrived at the villas being greeted by the owners and the super kind receptionist. They escorted us to the villa and it was beyond expectation. The photos dont do it justice. Everything was so well done and we felt extremely welcome. An amazing platter of fresh fruits welcomed us with a soothing tune from the sound system. The whole villa smelled of jasmine and lemongrass throughout our stay. The fridge was stocked up, and so was the kitchen. Each morning we had the choice of an amazing fresh French pastry. The housekeeping was exeptional too, our things and clothes were always meticulously organised. We could use the shuttle service at our convenience, which was more like a personal driver as we could call on the service whenever we wanted. On NY eve, we received a gift of champagne and strawberries, which I thought was very thoughtful. Because the villa was on a hill; we never felt the heat and we always had a breeze. Our stay was phenomenal. I would definitely come back.

An amazing place, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with everything. (Booking restaurants, helped with groceries, booking taxis/drivers) The villa was incredible, plenty of space and privacy. Couldn't recommend it enough! Looking forward to staying again.

Justyna and Greg are simply exceptional hosts. They have designed the Villas to make you feel like you’re in a dream! Their attention to detail is spot on with all the beautiful touches. We travelled with two children who loved the pool and access to sweets and treats as did we!!! Everything you need is available at the villa and the personal care was so much better then any 5* hotel. Justyna, Greg and staff gave the best best advice on places to visit and eat and drove us to the quite magical places on the island. We’ve taken away great family memories.

Our villa Saam is comfortable, spacious, has a stunning view over the sea. We stayed on Koh Tao for one week and never felt bored because there are many beaches to explore. Staff are very helpful. Katin gave us many good recommendations for restaurants. We got a croissant every morning. Housekeeping refill water, coffee pads, milk, and cornflakes everyday. Shuttle is provided during our stay. The driver brought us to the beaches/ city and picked us up back to villa. Just a perfect place to stay on Koh Tao. Definitely will go back there.

The villa was amazing, well designed and the view from the room and pool was just spectacular!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and every little detail was taken in thought. The staff, especially Katin, were extremely kind and helpful. We used WhatsApp for our communication with her and everything we needed was taken care of right away.

There wasn't much we didn't like but a few suggestions would be to have more hooks in bathroom and bedroom to hang wet bathing suits, the white pool tiles around the pool need refreshing and the white ceiling fan in main room needs cleaning. A floor fan would be great to have in the villa during the hot season as well.

Katin was wonderful in greeting us and showing us to our villa. She was very responsive to our questions and had great recommendations for restaurants and coordinated our driver. Our driver was great and was always on time and waiting for us. The villa was beautiful with a beautiful view and we loved the pastry delivery from the French Market every morning.

Loved our stay here! The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. There are three villa’s, so it’s small scaled and personal. Also, you have a lot of privacy. There is airconditioning in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. If you like, you can order croissants, cinnamon rolls etc for breakfast with them. They offer free transportation with their driver. We rented our own scooter, but be aware that you have experience as the little road to the villa is very steep with bumps and some holes. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
