The pool area was very noisy all the time with big groups of people drinking and being very loud at the swimming pool. So if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this might not be the best choice of accommodation. The room could have been cleaner, found quite a lot of stains on the bedsheets etc.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was good enough. Location was perfect to explore Pai.

The breakfast was often cold because the metal warming tubs did not work properly. Towels were also a little stained.

Nice swimming pool and room. It was clean and had a nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and the staff was also nice. You can store drinks and food in your own fridge and receive new bottles of water and towels every day. They also rent scooters which was great.

I didn't like the look of the pool water as looked very murky

Good location only a 5 minutes walk to the night market, nice free breakfast in the morning with coffee or juices. Good selection of food. Rooms a good size.

Wifi was slow, but probably due to number of people using it.

Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choices and promptly refilled. Rooms very comfortable, with very new and quiet ac units.

Breakfast was not very good and not nearly enough tables so finding somewhere to sit was not easy.

Not much really. The bed was a bit hard for my preferred preference but you can’t please everyone. Overall I was very happy.

Hotel was brilliant value for money. Room was massive, with a big bed, although a little hard for my preference. The pool was great as well and seemed clean. Staff were also good, and it’s close to the main area of Pai as well.

Bedroom was right beside restaurant. The bedroom had full width windows that looked directly onto the restaurant so had to keep the curtains closed.

Staff were great, helpful and friendly, particularly the person at reception, he always remembered my name even though I only stayed one night

Honestly not much, only a few minor things that are not deal breakers for us. The pool was stunning, however our only complaint about it was that there wasn’t much seating around the outside - only two sun loungers for the whole hotel and a range of metal chairs which wasn’t ideal as they were often taken. Shape of building means that sun and lounging areas don’t receive that much sun throughout day, this wasn’t a problem for us but for those looking for a pool holiday, this would probably be a disappointment. We also loved the modern bathroom and water pressure, however hand held shower head fell out of socket frequently as wasn’t in the right fitting. Not sure if this was a temporary fitting.

Great location! Loved the bed it was so comfy and the room was spotless! Free water, toilet paper and towels every day which was nice! Balcony was lovely, especially as ours got last sun of the day! Not too many mosquitos so felt really nice to sit outside on! Free breakfast was delicious! So many options and different each day. As many helpings as we liked and plenty of hot/cold drinks too! Would 100% stay here again! Great price too!

Very noisy and full of young people that wanted to party instead of it being a place to relax which is what a hotel is for.

The bathroom felt like that in a mid level guesthouse. A bit moldy, inconsistent water stream and difficult to control temperature. Price felt a bit high compared to what else is out there in town. If you don’t care much for a bathroom, this is a 10/10.

Wifi disconnected sometimes but overall was good. AC filter was dusty, had to clean it.

Lovely and clean, large rooms and great staff. Location is perfect, short walk into busy parts of town and walking street.
