I didn’t want to leave.

Pool was quite big, especially considering the hotel was less than half full. Breakfast was basic, but very good. The staff were unbelievable. So friendly, from the Breakfast girl, through the Egg Chef, through the cleaners, through the gardener and the maintenance workers, through the night security through to the Manager.

Rooms a little dated but not a big deal

Good location, breakfast good , can order variations of eggs decent choice of food with some Thai food , staff friendly and helpful , pool was nice gym a bit old pool normally quiet , location close to beach 5 minutes walk close to restaurants 7/11 close and lamai local seafood good ac , I would stay again

Communication with the staff was not good! I had to double message every time to get answers and the taxi they booked to pick us up was late without notice (despite us calling them and messaging them but no answer) so we took another car and they kinda tried to blame it on us (but they didnt charge us in the end). Breakfast is not very tasty, really average. You do hear all the outside music from the rooms but not too much (earplugs should do).

Located directly on the main road and only 5minutes by foot to a very nice beach (Lamai). The hotel is very well equipped (gym,swimming pool). The bed was gigantic (more than 2m wide) very good wifi.

Area wasn't great at night - a lot of pole dancing ladies! Beautiful beach.

Villa was lovely. Beautiful bathroom, shower and great working air con. Comfiest beds. Nice pool though would have been good if it was slightly chilled in the hot weather - was akin to taking a bath! Breakfast basic but fine.

The only issue was the auzzie bar behind the resort. Plays music till midnight. But with ear plugs I was able to sleep so it wasn't an issue for me,

Love this little resort it's super cute with the decor. The landscaping is amazing and the pool Is huge. This resort wasn't busy when I went so it was really nice. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. It is near everything. Restaurants and shopping. But the resort it self seemed very quiet which was a bonus . . Will love to come again

Breakfast selection (e.g cold cuts, fruits) and time slot (only from 8-10am) could be improved, but other than that all great.

Spacious rooms/houses, daily cleaning, great pool. Location was excellent, in the middle of Lamai so wherever you go it is in the walking distance. Staff is vey friendly and helpful.

The villas are on the ground and can have bugs there. Not anything major just small ones.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of the action and considering how near it is to the noise it's not that bad.

Breakfast finished at 10am, would have been nice to have the opportunity to have breakfast later as I have 2 teenagers! Although the location is great, there is a very loud karaoke bar opposite which affects being able to sit outside in the evenings, however, the noise is OK once inside. A few more sunloungers around the pool would be good.

The AC didn't work as well as it could. It was a little warm for us (being from Canada) The cabinets in the room were a little strange. Everything opens into the bathroom. Like the wall and back of the closets etc.

We really liked the pool and the fact this hotel was in a great location - ie. Close to the tourist action on Lamai Beach. Patio was great as well! Came with a drying rack and everything.

We return every Yr for a few days Love this spot. Hidden in the middle of a buzzing town but it's quiet, just hear the birds, beautiful esthetics, planting overlooked by the mountain. Staff will do anything for you too

Air con was tricky to work, as was the safe lock box. The music from Lamai was loud and pretty late, but didn't bother us too much!

Breakfast was so-so. Coffee on offer was poor and the juices were not fresh, so a bit disappointing in that regard.

An excellent hotel with a fabulous pool. Beautiful bedrooms with huge balconies. The location was central, so a bit noisy at night, but still acceptable. Polite and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helped with anything they could. The rooms very big and nice as well as clean. The breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was very nice The hotel is close to all bars and restaurants in Lamai.
