I didn't mind the pool party noise (until about midnight) but the fireworks were very loud. I can sleep through a bomb, but while I'm still awake it's annoying. It lasted for hours. The balcony is nice but your basically "in" the pool party only a couple meters above the pool and people's heads. No one seemed to notice though, I sat there awhile and no one seemed to be aware of my existence. There's no elevator. There's shampoo/conditioner in 1, rather than separate ones. Not a lot bad to mention aside from the noise.

Overall the hotel was great. Perfect location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating helping me with early breakfast before a tour and borrowing towels for the tour after I checked out. The room was pretty standard, but comfy bed, nice balcony with jacuzzi, pretty good bathroom with oversized overhead shower. The pool area was always packed but I booked a bed/lounge on the spot and was able to sit/lay down for drinks food and hookah quite quickly. Both on the beach and next to the most famous party street in phuket. They provide flip flops and a beach bag with beach towels. Robes were comfy. This is a very good option if you're looking to stay in the area.

It's just ridiculous that hotel guests have to pay for a seat at the pool. I understand that the hotel hosts a lot of tourists who are not hotel guests, but it comes at the expense of the hotel guests, 5000 baht for a bed in the pool?! Don't tell me there is a free area for hotel guests because it is only 4 beds in the sea area only, in a bad location and really far from the pool. There is a feeling that if you are a hotel guest then you are like any other person who came to the hotel

The hotel is in the best location in Patong. Right in the center of things. The music in the pool is good and the atmosphere is very young

The breakfast is not particularly indulgent. We got a room on the third floor and it was difficult there is no elevator.

We had a cushion pillow to use outside the room's entrance that disappeared. Even when I requested a replacement, the staff displayed a lack of concern. We did not receive a replacement despite repeated requests, which we consider to be poor hospitality.

The pool is open to the public. Many coming firm the outside and useit and sometime not the right people. The facilities are of 3-4 star hotel. And often they organize private events in the pool for corporates and close the pool to the guests. Bottom line, I would go there again but pay much less and take something in the same location but more private.

Location is amazing probably the best for friends together. Staff are really nice.

There was no hot water in either of the rooms. I would have complained but we were only staying 1 night. Also they should look around their days beds and general area in the morning. There was garbage and used condoms.

Rooms were spacious. The pool food and drinks were surprisingly good. They were able to get both beach front rooms next to each other which I appreciated. it was easy to get a lounge bed but the chairs and umbrellas blocked our view. also we weren’t sure if the chairs and umbrellas were part of the hotel. they also were able to get an early check in, in one room. If you don’t like loudish dance/house music then I probably wouldn’t stay here. it didn’t bother us and we were all able to relax and read books on the beach.
