Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

KuwaitAnts on the bed ,ants in balcony,ants at breakfast table.these ants bite you in a way that you will be eating yourself for the rest of your stay.housekeeper comes in even thu you dint put the sign for clean my room.they charge me for the towel 250bht which I dint take opun checking I told them to check my bags then the reception said np I il pay half and you pay half which is 250bht..does that make sense? Do take pictures of things which are in room once you arrive and do go with housekeeper while you check-out to check the room so they don't charge you for anything.sink hole needs to be fixed if anything drops in like ur toothbrush or jewelry then no needs to find.bathroom glass needs to be cover or block or else if you have kids with you they can easily stand on bed and see you.. Down swimming pool fan need to be clean.

Hong KongI like that my room had pool access from the patio. It made my stay more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and modern. It’s not a far walk from the beach about 10 minutes and 20 minutes walk to the mall. I also like walk though.

We had s suite which was great to have some space to have suitcases lying about without being in the way.. It is not a grand place but great value for money. All areas were clean. Good upkeep.

AustraliaI wasn’t aware at time of booking that children could not use the rooftop pool. This should be in the description of the hotel. Had I known this at the time I would have chosen an alternate facility.
The location of Paripas was excellent for dinners and shopping but away from all the partying. Rooms were large and spacious Nat who runs and books all the tours at the front of the hotel is amazing and organised some fantastic trips for us.

Wonderful staff with great service, large room with good size balcony, nice views from the rooftop pool, a taxi run by the hotel to the airport with a very reasonable rate and a location that is close enough to the action but far enough from the noise.
