Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe aircon works well, only the Air Swing Mode did not work to steer the direction of the airflow as desired. This did not prevent the good performance of the aircon though.
It's a good budget hotel with a gym and a pool, perfect for a few days in Pattaya. It's just a 5-minute drive from Jomtien Beach.

Large rooms, comfortable beds and easy parking. Staff always friendly and helpful. Quiet area. Swimming pool is a good size and well-maintained. Second time here and not disappointed.

ThailandThe shower was in the bath - was only OK to use for me, but not suitable for a very large Expat.
Excellent sized rooms - bed firm but comfortable and OK for Expats - bathroom big and had an OK shower plus a bath and excellent hot water, Air con very good (Mitsubishi), TV medium sized and OK (bigger than most at this price), the balcony was big, parking good and secure but not under cover.

Absolutely great service from the staff and receptionist. Arranged sightseeing cars at a very reasonable price compared to the other scammer car rentals. The resort also allowed us to dine at their common space with their cutlery with outside delivery food. Very family friendly.

New ZealandLocation. It's over 1 hour walk from Pattaya beach, so you'll need transportation all the time. Tip: Don't let the scammer taxi drivers rip you off. They refuse to turn on the meter to charge you more. If you go by Grab/Bolt and pay by credit card, some drivers will also try and pretend the ride isn't paid for already and will ask you to pay cash upon arrival. Just something to be aware of. Tooth paste not provided (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner ARE provided though).
Great pool. Kind staff. Spacious and clean room. Good internet connection. Free water bottles provided every day. Good breakfast (extra 150 baht though)

The hotel is squeaky clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel manager even let us use the swimming pool at the adjacent Paragon Grand Resort which I think is their "sister hotel". Staff were also very helpful and friendly.
