Breakfast should have more and different options daily. Staff in restaurant and lobby should be trained to converse in English. But they were extremely helpful and courteous. Food (meal) options in the restaurant are limited.

Excellent property well maintained and super courteous staff. They provide umbrellas (raining in June), pool towels, etc. Great location with lot of restaurants, Currency exchange shops and Massage options nearby. Highly recommend for couples or families.

When we first walked in the smell was off and it was extremely hot. Only other problem I had was spiders in the shower and bugs.

Everything about the property was amazing. The staff was one of the best I have ever dealt with. The breakfast was one of my favorite things all the difference choices every morning something different. I would definitely be coming back.

Breakfast a little expensive compared to close by and also i was not offered the first night deal which i saw on display on day 2 once my jet lag had started to wear off. I think staff should tell guests automatically if there are any deals on and not rely on them "being noticed". But this is a very small thing. The hotel is located in such a great position that it is easy to go somewhere else which we did.

There were very few things hardly worth mentioning. I wouldn't want to put you off what could be an amazing experience.

Thailand as a whole has an incredibly hospitable energy, from the people and the beautiful country its abundant in good vibes and lush green scenery which is definitely all found in this resort given its location and proximity to the beach.

A few things in our villa weren’t working on day 1 eg, thermostat for a/c, tv remote, by the staff were able to fix it. Water in taps was kinda brown at first use. Had to allow the water to run off for a bit till it became more clear before using.

Old property but rather well maintained. Large grounds for kids to run and play. Not many guests so we had most of the facilities eg kids club, pool etc to ourselves. Staff were attentive and breakfast selection was pretty decent.

The enormity of the resort. Didn't expect that. I'm not disappointed, more surprised that anything. As mentioned before, the pool closest to us was closed.

Breakfast was great. Our villa was great albeit a long distance from the two available pools. There are 3 however the closest to our location has be closed since covid times according to a staff member. Water still in it, just roped off

Well located, next to beach and town. We had a cute little house with outdoor shower, we really enjoyed.

Pillows are terrible Pool closes at 7pm I thought 9pm would be good We had to ask twice to have our room cleaned The taxi (not really the hotels fault) that the hotel booked to take us to the airport was crazy, he drove 110 in a 50 zone and slammed on the brakes nearly missing a few motorbikes.

Honestly, a lot. It was the cheapest pool villa I saw by a wide margin, but the pool was more of a tub, and the outdoor and indoor spaces were small. Privacy was ok for next door, but the room above and the people walking nearby can can see you at some level. The bed was hard but not terrible. The shower had no conditioner, just shampoo/conditioner mix. The location was reasonable to get from the entrance to the nearby shops and bars, but the facility itself is massive, and they don't offer golf cart transport besides the check-in and I assume check-out, but I did t utilize it. So getting from the room to the entrance takes way longer than the entrance to the shops. You feel a bit trapped knowing that even small things will be a long walk. It's no big deal for me staying 1 night, but if I stayed a long time, I would have been annoyed. It didn't really feel like a 5 star place, but with only 1 night it's not a good way to judge. Actually upon reviewing what I booked it looks like I booked the paradox plunge pool rather than the king villa with plunge pool. My fault. Perhaps the king villa would have been more grand. And it's nearly the same price anyway. Regardless, if you're here for a short time and don't mind walking and firm beds then I'm sure you'll like it. The staff was great, the pool looks nice, and it's nearby to shops and such so definitely not a bad option in the area. Just wasn't exactly what I was looking for. :)

The staff were great. I both booked a few hours before arriving and mentioned the trip purpose. They got the hint and decorated the room. And when we arrived They knew who we were and got us quickly checked in and sent off to the room in a golf cart. So that aspect of the staff I give them 10 stars. They also have easy parking. And the main pool looked nice.

The property is big, lots of areas for relaxing walks. It is quiet and peaceful, yet the vibrant atmosphere comes into play as soon as you step out of the comfortable hotel.

It was very noisy at night because of a festival that happened in town - you could hear the music everywhere and staff said it would only last for a day but that wasn’t the case - it’s a one month long festival so this is something to take into account if you prefer a quiet evening experience. Majority of guests are Russian

The rooms were spacious and the staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruits and pastries and we liked how close it was to the beach.
