We did not like the initial check-in process. The guys at the reception had allotted us a room which was not as per our booking. Initially, they showed us an inferior room. When we told them that we had booked a sea-facing double-bedded suite room, then only, they had provided us the same. This should not have happened.

All the facilities were excellent.

My wife says that one of the towels was dirty. I usually don't notice things like that.

Overall, everything is good. Well-deserved 5 stars. The prices at the restaurant are reasonable. The breakfasts are decent, though I only tried them once. Room service is delicious. The service is good, and the staff is making an effort. Bed is comfortable, water pressure is good.

Food is not good in the pools restaurant. We had problems in each of the orders. The restaurant near beach was closed all the time.

Hotel feels a little tired. Showing it's age around the edges.

Good location, lots of different pool options to visit, and the beach across the road. The kids loved that i could connect to our netflix easily, when they needed downtime, and it would log us out automatically once turned tv off.

The breakfast was delicious but was a bit repetitive. They could change the menu a bit but it isn’t that big a concern as the breakfast spread is quite large

Everything was superb. The penthouse with the plunge pool was huge and clean, the resort location was bang opposite the beach and the resort was like a rainforest. Exceptionally clean property and the staff were really kind and welcoming.

Centrally located in the heart of Karon beach Paradox gives you easy access to the beach and main road. Set in beautiful lush tropical surroundings it’s definitely worth considering when planning a trip to Phuket.

The penthouse is too hot especially in the bathroom. There is no airflow from the room to the bathroom which is linked by a walkway. It will be good, at least to have a fan or some form of ventilation in the bathroom area. The bathroom is huge and gorgeous but the intense heat spoils it all.

There is enough space for everyone. The Coconut pool was wonderful to chill and relax. Breakfast spread was good and attended by very friendly staff.

Rooms need refurbishing, if you book a room with the little pool in your balcony, the number of insects you can have there is insane, also perfect place for lizards to come and greet you daily….

Location was good, nice to have an exit to the beach front. The swimming pool was also quite good.

We paid premium for the beach apartments and whilst there was a pool there were no facilities compared to the main area (ie bar, towels etc). This wasn't a big deal as we could order cocktails via room service!

Location - we had the apartments and were close to beach, street dining and tuk tuk's at the ready! The room was a great size for families with the kids having their own space to chill out without feeling like we were all living on top of each other.

If I had to pick a couple of things, and I'm being very particular as these are minor issues, the grounds were not in the best condition, the lawns could have used a mow as it looked a little unkept on arrival. The staff at the driveway taxi rank area weren't super attentive, as in they wouldn't go out of their way to greet you, but it was my first time in Thailand so maybe that's normal.

The room was amazing, so large and roomy. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the Breakfast provided was delicious and had heaps to choose from. The property is so large! Facilities around the place were in good condition also.

We were ill and had to order something through Uber eats and the reception staff wouldn’t bring up our order to the room - i think this needs to be looked at, especially if people are unwell

The breakfast buffet was amazing, the beds and shower and the pool was amazing. The gym was also amazing!!

Quite run down. Not maintained to a very high standard. No hot water half the time. Private pool wasn’t clean enough to swim in.
