Nice bungalows in a pleasant location set in nice gardens. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The first days I picked a room with a fan, which I normally do. But the bungalow kept the warmth inside, so it was really hot inside. Advice, choose the bungalow with AC. The staff was really helpful with renting a scooter and fixing my transport to an other island.

It’s is a 10 min walk from the Kae Bai beach, which is a nice beach. There are enough facilities around the property. Like massage, 7 eleven and places to eat. The room was good value for money. Everyday you get fresh water and extra toilet paper.

All was good.

Cozy place with great location, few hundred meters from the beach. We had little bungalow a little bit uphill from the main road. Room was small with colorful decor. No breakfast, but coffee/tea was self-served in common area. 7/11 is few steps away and lots of restaurants & bars nearby.

Next to the hotel is a rock bar with daily live music. Can get a little noisy.

I booked a Cottage (M), but actually got a room in a long building with several units together, just off the main street. Not sure if description was improper or I was not given what I booked. At that point I did not mind since I was not in a room much. Room was really big and clean, bathroom was ok, but both have seen better days though. Free water daily and option to make a free coffee at reception. Just opposite is a bakery, several restaurant, night market and 7-11 are also not more than 200m away. Best option to get to the beach is at the KB resort, 5min walking.

I think we could find cheaper place with a better view more at the south of the Island. Expansive for extra ac.

Clean place, confortable. You get extra toilet paper and water every day and can ask for cleaning any day. Free coffee and tea at réception. Nice garden. 5 minutes to the Beach.

the lady who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, the other staff was pretty nice though. and well it’s not the owners fault but you could see the poor elephants chained up from our bungalows ( on the next property over ) which made us very very sad as soon as you go outside. I can’t believe some people still support animal cruelty like this.

we stayed in a small bungalow for two nights and I was surprised how nice the bungalows were. the bed was comfy (soft), enough space to hang some clothes and we had a nice balcony with a bench. it was clean and quite here which was amazing. the ac was good and not too loud and a fridge was in the room. water refill happened every day.

Rooms closer to the road would hear music at night. The electric shower wasn't powerful.

Our small bungalow room was at the top end of the site, away from the noise of the street. It was a basic room with a fridge and Aircon and ensuite bathroom. The balcony was nice, looking down the hill through the well tended gardens. Free coffee was available all day at reception and water bottles and toilet paper delivered to the balcony daily. The bungalows are in the centre of Kai Bae and very convenient. A 7/11 and ATM is a two minute walk and it's 5 minutes to the beach. We'd stay here again for its location and value for money.

noisy air con. cannot lower the speed. had to stop it during the night. lightings in room very simple, not reading lamp for example.
