I found the staff not so great at the reception. Felt like I was ignored for being an Indian where as guest with different nationalities were treated differently and politely whereas I got bare minimum response

Great hotel to stay at if you are just getting in/out of Phuket. Staff was super nice and friendly. Rooms a bit small/narrow so if you have a lot of gear like we did, it might be challenging but otherwise great accommodations. Rooftop bar/pool area was pretty decent. Pool was really nice and decent view of green surrounding areas especially after being in Bangkok. Bar had some good local whiskeys which I liked and my wife's margarita looked good. Food options aren't necessarily anything to write home about but kids loved the chicken wings and the basil chicken curry was still better than anything I've had in states. Also, the neighborhood has many conveniences like 7-Elevan (of course), laundry, cafes, and great restaurants. The price also a very good bargain!

You are given only one room key, I haven’t tried asking about another key but usually every hotel automatically gives 2. (Small)

Can’t beat the price, close to the airport and there is a self service laundry mat that is dirt cheap. It’s a washer, dryer and automatic soap dispenser all in one. There’s no need to wait at the laundromat all day since it’s only 20 steps from the front of the hotel.

Everything was great - I suppose I thought the pool was bigger based on photos. But I was there for the beach anyways. So it didn’t matter - it was all wonderful.

It was a super clean and spacious hotel and the price was incredible. They catered to my transportation needs to the beach and to the airport - so that’s something I didn’t have to worry about once I got there.

We requested a family room with two queen beds and were given one, but the layout was unusual with one bed positioned on a steep set of stairs, nearly vertical, leading up to an upstairs room above the main bedroom.

Amazing breakfast and a fantastic pool just two minutes away from the airport. The convenience of having a hotel driver available for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Located near the town centre.

Airport pickup & drop-off is so good especially after a long flight. Check in was easy. The bed is so comfortable & the rooms are spacious . Breakfast & coffee is great but the food could be warm it's cold. Definitely recommend

Almost no soundproofing, we woke up many times due to noise in the corridor. Complimentary water limited to 2 bottles.

Location is perfect (with a free shuttle service to the airport) and within a short walk to the streets to get last-minute souvenirs and simple dinner. The room was clean and well-maintained.
