We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom• Smell coming from the shower after each use (didn’t bother us that much as we shut the shower door and bathroom door but just something to note) • If do not disturb sign is on no waters left outside door each day like other places we’ve been to • No lift but wasn’t a problem for us and staff help to bring bags upstairs! :)
• Perfect location, only a three minute walk from the pier and so close to all the restaurants and bars! • The bed and pillows are SOOOOOO comfy and the rooms are large and clean! • Large lobby area to sit in • Can pay for stay by card on arrival if needed (extra 3% charge) • Room equipped with tea and coffee, fridge, large smart TV and toiletries • Kind and friendly staff We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The location is in the local market where you can find cheaper meals. Nice staffs and if you are looking for long tail boat to go to Maya bay, Pileh lagoon just tell them, they will provide you and if the weather condition is not good they will be honest to you.

United KingdomThe location is right next to the food market which isn’t the most sightly view / pleasant smells as there’s raw meat etc. However I think this is minor considering how comfortable and clean the hotel was and very good value for money.
Clean hotel with lovely interior design. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and we didn’t really get much of a bad smell from the bathroom - but e could mainly only smell it on 1 day. Shower pressure was amazing. Aircon worked extremely well - if anything we were too cold at times but this is much better than being too hot. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

NorwayThere weren’t breakfast or pools at the hotel, this was a bit unfortunate - especially if you are not swimming in the ocean (low tide/garbage/jellyfish). But for a couple of days if taking trips at daytime the hotel was on spot. The day we moved in we found what looked like a small cockroach, and some other insect later that day. I guess that’s common for Phi Phi though?
It was surprisingly modern and clean rooms for the price. The hotel was located in the center, but still quiet. The beds were hard in a good way, very spacious and comfortable rooms. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I come back to Phiphi. Perfect for some days.

CanadaThere wasn’t proper ventilation in the bathrooms (in the hotel room and lobby) so there was quite an odour when turning the fan on. There also is not a pool.
The property is in a great location. Staff were excellent and super helpful. The rooms are nice and renovated. Lobby is beautiful.
