After 4 days they didn't change the Bedingfield so we moved to another hotel

Air Con worked continuously in one of the villas and not in the other. Fridge barely worked in one and was warm at best. Not many drink options by the pool. The pool rooms are more likely to attract mosquitos, and get bitten a lot. Doors do not shut properly, leaving a gap allowing mosquitos to enter, and locks are flimsy. Work is being done on the place so hopefully improvements are made. The receptionist when we checked in was not that friendly, when asked to arrange taxi she said service they do not offer, then we watch another couple ask a couple of days later to arrange taxi service and the lady behind the desk helped.

Pool view rooms were nice. Spacious balcony and rooms. Air con works fine. Pool staff was friendly and smiley. Good location to main section. Pool cleaned every morning

No cleaning and none done in common areas. Nobody speaks English at all Money demanded upfront for everything but I think that’s Thailand? Staff pretty miserable but prob get paid peanuts

Stayed 5 nights. No cleaning after asking twice!! Just 2 clean towels left with used ones. Phone charger melted in room. We wondered what the burning smell was

We initially booked one of the bungalows but the first one the door didn't lock properly and was very dated. We also booked a double bed but the room had 2 singles.The staff kindly put us up in another but the air-conditioning was not working. The staff then suggested we move into the hotel itself which was so much better. We had a huge room with a large balcony and the view was over the pool. If you stay here I suggest booking in the main hotel itself. The resort itself was very dated and many things were broken or did not work. You could see that this place was and could be amazing with a bit more investment. I suspect it is also a bit short staffed. The staff who were there were really lovely.

You can see that this used to be a great hotel, but it has not been taken care off. Showers that overflow, hinges and doors that are broken. Rust and mold near the toilet etc.

Location was okay. Staff is friendly. Bed was fine and airco was not loud.

the hotel facilities are not well maintained. The swimming pool is not clean. Trees are not cut and leaves are not swept clean.

The whole facility would deserve a little upgrade - a little refreshment. The facility looks tired. There was a huge cockroach in our bathroom (we named him Omar), and the facility vibe was perfect for a horror movie. It looked like somebody built it in 2000 and did not put a penny into it again.... look sad and forgotten, it is a shame because it could had been a great place back in the days...

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and nice. The location is just perfect if you like to stay in something quieter, but the close distance to the center.

The pool wasnt cleaned well, there was too much chlorine in the water, water wasnt clear. Got skin itching. There were two bedding sets in the room even though I booked for three people. Extra money was asked for the third bed linen. Inflexible staff.

our bungalow was spacious with good aircon and close to the lovely pool area. The bungalow was a little tired but that did not bother us as we were not expecting 5 star hotel, for the price it was good value

the bathroom and overall villa was dirty. Ants everywhere. The plug sockets didn’t work which was very annoying Late checking in due to the room still being unclean

Palm villa needs maintenance. Sockets need to be replaced: plugs fall out of the socket. Curtains can no longer close and open properly.

The room was dirty, used unclean bed sheets with blood on, used towel presented as clean. Urine on toilet seat, unclean shower, black footprint in bath. Broken security lock on bedroom door. Balcony door had broken lock.Not safe especially if you're a lone female and definitely would not recommend staying here. I arrived at night, told staff about dirty room, smelly used towels and room presented as being clean even though it obviously was not.. Receptionist looked, took photos and agreed it was dirty, not safe with no lock but couldn't offer another room. Told her I couldn't sleep there coz it was disgusting and dirty. She agreed and apologised. As it was middle of the night, had nowhere to go so stayed on the chair and at the crack of dawn went back to reception requesting a full refund which I was told would happen. Wrote them an email and sent photos. Emailed the booking agent who also contacted them. The hotel had the cheek to charge me and took the money from my credit card even though I couldn't sleep there and left in under 10 hours. I emailed them after they had taken my money and they did not respond. Unprofessional organisation, dirty, rundown hotel.. I've been in cleaner ten-dorm hostels. Don't waste your money.
