It was great for the price, really

Location is great: 10 minutes walk to town (through the beach). I really liked my room fitout and decor. Everything was clean and tidy, from the rooms to the garden. The beach right is front has no reefs and is perfect for swimming! The staff is friendly and puts a great effort to suffice your needs. Highly recommend!

The sheets had some stains and were changed after we asked. Also it is a 10 minutes walk on the beach to the center of town where all the restaurants are located.

Very nice bungalows, very nice staff. The location is at the more beautiful part of Sairee beach, and you are righton the beach.

Scooter rental through the hotel- scooter wasn’t in great condition and had no gas when we got it. Other than that everything was great!

Amazing location and hotel. We loved our walk along the beach back to the quiet hotel at the end of the evening. Loved that we could rent kayaks and scooters. Staff were very sweet and rooms were amazing. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much!

It would be nice if the restaurant area was more conducive to a tropical beach. There are just a few tables and chairs on an open deck.

The staff were very helpful. When we couldn’t get into our safe someone was around to help within 5 minutes. They were also very helpful with our booking for the taxi and ferry. Cheaper too!

The bed was as hard as a rock and we couldn’t sleep at all.

Receptionists were not helpful or understanding mainly because of the lack of English I guess. Service, food, cafe and facilities were almost not existed. Not enough plugs, if you want to use the kettle you need to unplug the refrigerator.

It is the cleanest hotel!! So clean unbelievable. Silent, spacious rooms, beautiful balcony, comfy bed, good wifi, beautiful view, end of Sairee but walkable

The common areas need some love. The restaurant area etc is so unappealing that you basically need to go out to eat. Beach chair mats were falling apart. For a relatively expensive place (based on pricing in the area) would be nice if everything wasn’t a money grab (transfers / stand up paddle boards / etc). I’m not naive - I get it’s the norm in Thailand.

Rooms are fantastic and the cleaning each day was superb. We liked the location being a bit away from the main area in the end of the beach.

The shower had to be held by hand making it quite difficult to use at times. It was sometimes hard to communicate with the staff due to the language barrier.

Bathroom was a bit odd (nothing wrong with it! just strange set-up with the bath). Cocktails at the restaurant were a bit hit or miss.

We really liked the location! It was at the end of the beach so away from party goers, meaning it was nice and quiet, but not too detached. Also had deckchairs, and were able to rent paddleboards. Additionally, staff were very helpful and let us check in late (we had issues elsewhere, it was a chaotic day) and brought our very heavy bags to our lovely room. Loved the balcony and the privacy.

The cost is high considering the island’s standards and the staff is not friendly at all.

Great hotel close to the main “attractions” (restaurants and bars of the island), but still in a quiet place. Clean and good installations.

Some of the staff, whilst never rude, were a bit indifferent. Not enough to affect our enjoyment but you just felt they could try a bit harder.

At the quiet end of Sairee Beach, perfect for families but only 10 mins walk to shops, bars, ATMs etc. Loads of good restaurant options along the beach. Snorkelling right in front of the resort and the water is very shallow with a sandy bottom for quite a way so perfect for those with toddlers.

Low tide in the afternoon, swimming is only possible far out - many boots during day and night time.
