The shower had to be held by hand making it quite difficult to use at times. It was sometimes hard to communicate with the staff due to the language barrier.

Bathroom was a bit odd (nothing wrong with it! just strange set-up with the bath). Cocktails at the restaurant were a bit hit or miss.

We really liked the location! It was at the end of the beach so away from party goers, meaning it was nice and quiet, but not too detached. Also had deckchairs, and were able to rent paddleboards. Additionally, staff were very helpful and let us check in late (we had issues elsewhere, it was a chaotic day) and brought our very heavy bags to our lovely room. Loved the balcony and the privacy.

Some of the staff, whilst never rude, were a bit indifferent. Not enough to affect our enjoyment but you just felt they could try a bit harder.

At the quiet end of Sairee Beach, perfect for families but only 10 mins walk to shops, bars, ATMs etc. Loads of good restaurant options along the beach. Snorkelling right in front of the resort and the water is very shallow with a sandy bottom for quite a way so perfect for those with toddlers.

We booked a beachfront villa which was great except for the beach sunbeds which were about a metre away from our terrace. It wasn’t very private with people (non guests also) sitting there smoking all day. Next time I would book a bungalow in the 2nd row to get a bit of privacy.

Resort is at the end of the beach so quiet at night but there are still options to go out and eat nearby without venturing into the noisy club part of the beach. The bar staff were wonderful, lovely guys. The food is also really good - shame they weren’t open for dinner.

Most of the "bad" things are not so important. The receptionists are kind of rude. It seems that everyone and everything annoys them. As always in Thailand the bath is in the middle of the bathroom, at least there is a curtain that prevents some of the wetting. It would be nice some blinds or curtains for the early sun in all the windows.

I'd highly recommend this hotel. The room is clean and is cleaned every day. The location is fantastic: just in front of the beach and not so far from the town by walking There's no noise during the night, and not many people during the day.

Sadly no sea view for lots of the bungalows including ours. No scooters available upon arrival which we were told there would be. We ended up renting one from 7pm for another evening and still had to pay full price.

Easy pick up and drop off arranged from ferry, not too expensive too (200 for 2). Though it was on one of the main beaches, the place is all the way at the end so it felt private. Amazing location! Close to 'town' but away from crowds. Lovely and spacious bungalows! Fresh water and towels everyday. The breakfast was great too. Friendly gardeners!

Great location. It’s located on the beach 15 minutes walking from all the bars and restaurants of the area. The resort also has its own beach with sun beds.

The older lady who was welcoming us in the reception seemed a bit grumpy and did not make us feel welcomed. Not a single smile from her face. Only things she seemed to care about was the payment and to get us away from her face as fast as possible. No info about breakfast etc. In the morning came out that we did not have breakfast included as we thought we did, so naturally it was a bit upsetting. The breakfast staff/ bar staff was overall a bit strange. The kept on forgetting what you ordered and took a long time for them to even come ask if you want anything. Over all the staff felt a little bit cold and like they don't want to be there.

Good location, it was not too far to walk from the port where we arrived with the ferry. The beach where it located was beautiful with nice soft sand. On the beach there was various restaurants, bars etc, so there was plenty to do. Even though everything was in a walking distance the noise from bars/clubs did not reach the hotel. It was so peaceful there during the nights. The sunsets were also absolutely gorgeous. Hotel itself was very nice and well kept garden around it. Cute bungalow type of houses that were super spacious from inside. Very comfortable bed. Cool looking bathroom. Each bungalow also had a little balcony with a seating arrangement and a laying bed for 2. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaners were the highlights of the employees there. Always smiling and nice. Also an older gentelman who worked in the hotel beach bar. We also went on many hikes from there to different view points, like mango view point. Try the Pad Thai!!! We did not come across a better Pad Thai than what we got there.

Lovely and relaxing vibes. Rooms were spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. The location by the beach & sea was great. Front row seats to beautiful sunsets. About 10 minutes walking distance to a busier area with lots of restaurants & bars. Staff was very helpfull and accomodating. Food and cocktails at the restaurant were great.
