Bed very hard, as are a lot in Thailand hotels. Basic accommodation, but great for the price. No shops or anything in walking distance, but staff were so helpful offering to take us to shops so we could get food

Clean and spacious room very near to the airport. Taxi service for 200 THB to the airport, even at 6am. Lotus mall in walkable distance (20 minutes), unfortunately along highway. Perfect for one night before taking a flight.

Great if you are wanting a stay near the airport and the staff are amazing. The only thing is it is hard to find food nearby but overall it's clean and comfortable and if you like a hit at a driving range before a flight this is the place to stay 🤘

- I tried to order grab there and it didn’t work. I had to walk on high speed road to the supermarket Lotus’s and I managed to order it from there. I also struggled to order grab back from Ao Nam Mao pier to the hotel - my phone was not charging well there. Not sure if it’s problem of my phone or the hotel though. It charges well in another hotel now

- big room - You basically walk into a golf course. I saw a beautiful sunset there - own bathroom - very good internet - they organise shuttle bus (I took one at 6am and shared it with 2 other hotel guests- paid 100THB; very punctual) - close to the airport - cheap - you can order food there (I used Grab) and they’re selling some refreshments/ beer at the hotel - there were lizards outside and a dog. I got one lizard in the room but it’s fine - soap and shampoo in the bathroom - you get a towel

Unfortunately there is no supermarket in walking distance and there’s no mini shop at this resort. But the staff was so caring, that we got an extra (big) bottle of water. They also offered me to go the next supermarket with them and their car, but that was not necessary in my case.

The staff was really caring and it was Perfect for our One-Night Stay to recover from the long journey with our infant. We arrive at 9:30 pm an the check in was no problem. ❤️

We had ordered a Grab to take us to the bus station where we had a coach at 8am. The Palm resort driver knocked on our door and said he would take us for 170 baht as that was the price for the Grab, so we cancelled the grab order and decided to go with this man. what a mistake that was. He turned up very late to pick us up causing us a lot of stress, then when he arrived he said he couldn’t take us anymore and we should order another grab. we didn’t have time for this anymore as he was so late, so we told him he had to take us or we will miss our pre booked coach. he then doubled the price he had originally stated. Very rude man and terrible service from him. we made it just in time but the stress and the extra payments were really unfair. It’s such a shame as we had a 10/10 experience at the palm resort until this idiot came along this morning. I hope the owners can speak with him so he can work on his attitude and customer service.

The wonderful lady and gentlemen owners were so lovely and accommodating and the golf lesson was fabulous. comfy room and good aircon. it was honestly a perfect stay up until this morning when we left.
