Outstanding in every way! Tim is an incredibly warm and welcoming host, and the riverside location is both peaceful, and still convenient for downtown Pai. The rooms are large and well appointed, and the bed comfortable. The hammock on my balcony was a welcome touch - I loved swinging gently in the mornings while reading and having a cup of coffee. I hadn't realised breakfast was included, so this was a welcome bonus.

The rooms were small. I was traveling alone so I could put my stuff on the other bed. However, if you were traveling with another, there was limited space to put your stuff. When I first checked in, we went to three different bungalows to find one that had air conditioning working. And the one I ended up in it was quite weak. I did not care for the U lock on the doors. It is more fiddly than a door lock.

I liked that the property was a little bit outside of the activity of the main street. It was just a short walk to the main restaurants and services. The included breakfast was nothing spectacular but quite sufficient. It was lovely that you could sit over the river for your meal. The bungalows were very clean however, small. It felt safe and secure.

It was really hot I think that the hotel will be better with a little swimming pool. Also we would had appreciate different options for breakfast. The wc was not in a very good condition, the sink lost water and the shower was without mantainance

Good location, near center Pai but without the noise of the center. 5min to thr center crossing a bambu bridge. The bungalows are very comfortable.

The location is great. It's another side of the town where it can be calm and peaceful, but you can walk across the bridge to Pai walking street easily if you want. Very convenient! The owners are very kind and friendly. The lady gave me durian when she found out that I love durian. :)

the only issue was the shower head wasn’t able to stay up on the wall. other than that amazing👍🏻

good location and a spacious room with a nice balcony. had a hammock to chill on which was great, and the bed was comfy too. fresh water bottles every morning and new toilet paper and also free breakfast (if you have that included). nice and quiet place, the room was very clean!

The bathrooms work fine but are a little rundown.

The location is excellent! Across the river so it is quiet at night, but close enough to walking street. The bungalows have ac and are well kept. Breakfast is included. Excellent price. The staff are lovely!

The air con was leaking but other than that nothing was an issue.

Loved these bungalows, rooms were clean and spacious, the balcony and hammock were awesome to chill at night, perfect location and staff were so friendly and accommodating. There is a coffee shop right at the entrance, and places to chill by the river.

There is air con but the room will heat up whilst you are out, so can be a bit tricky to cool down (we were staying at a very hot time so other times it would be okay)

The bungalows are really relaxing and only a 5 minute walk to walking street over a bamboo bridge. There is space to park your bike and we had no problem with mosquitoes or bugs. Breakfast is also included and good value. Staff are really friendly too 😊

Great location and quiet surroundings on the riverside. Nice rooms with a decent balcony. The bathroom could use an renovation but it was fine.

The staff can't really speak english and they are often also nowhere to be found and the reception is closed. The beds are pretty hard and there are some small animals but not that bad actually.

Such a great place, the rooms are very good with many windows and you even have a hammock on your balcony! It has the perfect location, close to the night market but still quiet enough. The breakfast was also very good.

I had an amazing stay at Pai Loess Resort! The cottages were lovely, the location couldn't have been better, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Breakfast nothing special. WiFi was not reliable. We has lots of mosquito's in your room on arrival.

Very friendly and helpful staff that even speak good English. The location is awesome, right at the river with the bamboo bridge so close. Comfortable, clean and tidy bungalows that come with a hammock.

You needed to request to have your room cleaned. The shower water was not very hot.

Room felt a little cramped with the bed and furniture all around it. Also for me would prefer a comfy chair on the balcony rather than a hammock and hard bench.

Lovely little bungalow in great location, just a few minutes walk to town over the bamboo bridge. Host was very friendly and helpful and arranged a safe/slow taxi driver to take us back to Chiang Mai which was a far better experience than on the way up when we had a crazy driver!!

Man, those beds are hard. Definitely the hardest bed I've had since I have been in Thailand.

It's in a great spot right across from the main town over the bamboo bridge. The cabins are very clean and have a lovely patio.

The shower left a little room for desire. Either low pressure or water not heating all the way, not the best, but also not enough to reduce the overall rating.

Amazing location, right across the bamboo bridge, minutes from the walking street, restaurants and bars. I had a beautiful bungalow right on the river, with sounds of flowing water all night. They offer a basic breakfast included in the price. Strong WiFi everywhere and parking for cars and bikes.

Bathroom like all others could do with a freshen up, breakfast was basic, but it meant you weren’t hungry to start your day.

It was right on the river just a short walk across the bamboo bridge into the Main Street. The balcony overlooks the river ( the one we were in did)
