No significant cons to this as a reasonably priced, centrally located option in Ao Nang

Ideally located a short walk to the main drag and both beaches in Ao Nang. Rooms are clean & safe. Very comfortable. Above everything is the wonderful staff. Mook always greeted me with this lovely warm smile & positive vibe. Pink & Linn so nice & warm too. Lovely staff made the stay so enjoyable.

This is the third time we have stayed with Pagi Pagi. The staff are always welcoming and happy to see you. Nothing is a problem Lyn especially is fantastic. she is always smiling, always happy. You are treated like an old friend who has come to stay with them. We always lengthen our stay here, never have we stayed less than 5 nights Aonang and Pagi are like our Thailand home

Very helpful and friendly staff, they have all the information you need about tours, restaurants or whatever you are interested around the area.The Villas are in a great location, just set back from the main street but still close to restaurants,bars and the night market.

The room was a bit noisy because of the neighbors, which can't be controlled. It was impossible to turn off the heater to take a shower without hot water. Had trouble drying clothes too, but they have laundry service.

The staff was the best part of my trip to Thailand. They will help you with almost all your questions and has a lot of good recommendations. The room was just okay—small but functional. We stay there only to sleep.

The location is perfect, right outside of the main town so you can walk there in about 5-10 minutes but don’t hear the noise from it. The staff was extremely friendly and I felt like they knew me after a couple of days there. There was also a friendly cat in the property! It would be hard to find a better property for the price in Ao Nang.

The island tours that are sold everywhere at hotel desks are generally promoted without much description of the activity. To make an informed decision, we would have liked to have received from the hotel staff transparent information about the physical challenges of getting off/on speedboats onto floating piers and also about how bumpy the speedboat ride can get on a day the sea is not super calm. It became an issue for us because one of us has an old injury to look after, the bumps were big and the risk of re-injury very real. Other tour participants got quite seasick. We ended up leaving the tour after lunch in order to return (at extra cost) on the large ferry so we could get a smooth ride back. At the hotel, the room walls were thin, unfortunately we had loud-talking neighbors until late at night. Hotel staff were very responsive to our request and got our neighbors to be quiet after midnight. The room was functional, with some of the furniture and equipment a bit outdated.

Reception staff were on point and super nice. Room cleaning was excellent. The stay is conveniently located in front of a cafe/restaurant that offers gluten free/vegan options and is open for all meals 7 AM - 11 PM (offers 10% discount for guests).

Friendly Staff, available 24x7. Rooms are neat and spacious. Tea and coffee provided. Location is very near to Ao Nang beach and other shopping areas, night markets. Separate villas. Balcony with seating chairs and table. 7x11 is nearby.

Property was amazing, the room was so clean and great aircon! Fridge was also so cold for water, staff were amazing and so helpful. Location was very central but also nice and quiet for sleeping. Really loved it and have already boooked to come back again!

Mosquitoes - You can't sit outside without mosquitoes cream. Mosquito agarbatti doesn't work. The reception will try to go everything by book demonstrating they are fair, however they may not tell you everything. You can't throw toilet tissue paper in to the toilet after wiping. It's worth taking good video of bike before renting.

Trees, Rooms are reasonable size. 7/11 is close by. Bike rental price is not negotiable. Good small hotel with resort and nature feeling, good for singles and couples.
