All the staff (Special mention to Sun, Jose & Kom) were friendly & attentive. Rooms were large & comfortable. Full sized fridge in room & microwave was perfect. Breakfast lovely. A fantastic resort to stay at!

Not much at all, I have absolutely no complaints about this property. Only one thing would be the position, but you don't get views without height, the walk back up the hill might be a bit hard on some folks.

Both my sister and I were blown away by the friendliness of the whole staff, no request was too much, Sun, the manager was a gentleman and his staff all follow his lead, The rooms were generous in size and maintained well. The restaurant serving all day, breakfast buffet was great, as well as the snacks and meals. The pool deck on top of the building is sensational, with fantastic views of the coastline and the Big Budda. You can sit at a table in the pool and order your drinks and snacks to be served right there. Fantastic. Oh, and did I mention the Spa, my god, we visited there twice in week and came out feeling so relaxed and refreshed, amazing treatments and the staff are just lovely.

Shampoo wasn't so great. Water dispenser a bit slow but good to have in hotel.

Stayed in Ocean view suite and the panoramic views from the living area were gorgeous. The entire room and bed were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and approachable. Facilities were excellent - jacuzzi, rooftop swim pool, beach and pool towels. Nice intimate size hotel meant places never felt overcrowded. Great variety at breakfast too. Good location in Karon.

- Not much that could be done about it, but the vehicle entry in front of reception was small and difficult. The taxi driver unloaded our case let it go and it ran down the driveway and over the road below, close to hitting a motorcyclist. - Some information in the room about places to visit, of interest would be good. - Some dishwashing liquid and a tea towel would have been good - Didn't like ordering meals from a computer screen on the table

Breakfast is very very poor it's ok for one day,you can't eat it every day no variety no cake no muffins only 2 bread, Waffles cooked the night before ,2 cheese no change, The restaurant is very hot you can't eat without sweating 🥵 Fruits good,coffee good,egg station good,no peanut butter no canned yogurt No canned honey and jam all in jars ☹️ The seventh day I drink coffee only We talked to the manager but he didn't change anything And other gests complained but he didn't change any thing!the cleaning staff should be trained more to clean good.

The hotel was beautiful, great amenities, good food and the staff were exceptional. I should give a special mention to Sun, who checked in with us each morning to see how we were and gave us some thoughtful advise for sightseeing and getting around the island. Would highly recommend.

Didn't know what to expect by this hotel but it has been an incredible beautiful surprise. My wife, son felt welcome and appreciated. Amazing pool, amazing restaurant (we are usually not people that eat dinners at the hotel but this was soo good); great sauna. The massage room inside the hotel is unbelievable, went there twice in our 3 days staying.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, but it really exceeded whatever expectations I did have! Although it is a little dated in style, it nevertheless has a very chilled, tropical vibe with its airy garden surroundings. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the views and ambiance at the pool are fantastic. However, what is really the shining jewel in the crown is the staff and how service-minded they all are. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. In particular, we were very impressed with Ron and Oliver, who really made our 10 night stay feel like a home away from home. They are total stars and the resort is lucky to have them!

This hotel was incredible. We traveled for 27 hours with no sleep and we were instantly welcomed by the amazing staff We loved every single thing!! The service, the suite, the pool, the food, the gym, the spa!!!! It was our first stop in Thailand and I am so happy that it was!!!!

the room was a dbl bedroom suite and had two ensuites and a sitting room and small kitchen area. Very spacious and the bathrooms were large and well set out, in fact the whole room was. Top floor pool, overlooking the sea and the Big Buddha could be seen to our left. Location was great, short walk to the restaurants in Karon, those next to the hotel were great as well. Shuttle car to the beach. All the staff were helpful and extremely courteous. We used the spa and the steam room, which had a lovely perfume. Restaurant orders could be taken in the room, which was flexible and the breakfast was full of options. The value was outstanding, for the size and decor, location and staff service.

Travelled as 3 people. Asked for a 3rd chair for the balcony twice and was told someone would bring one up but they never did despite asking several times It was quite far from the main streets which we knew buy not appreciated how hilly it would be walking to and from the hotel
