Personally would like more proximity to shops/restaurants/bars however could get to the main strip and beach in 10-15 mins

Staff, pool and breakfast were all great, room was cleaned daily in a very prompt manner. Very happy with our stay here for 16 days.

That's absolutely amazing place, we were happy to stay here. Lush greenery, cozy room, resort vibe, we liked everything. It's about 15 min by foot to the Karon beach, awesome place, thanks to hotel team!

We arrived late in the evening and there was a smell of poultry around the resort, but not inside the room. Next day we noticed behind the resort there seems a poultry (chicken farm). There's no more smell in the next day. Resort is a bit old, cleanliness can be improved. Food is just okay.

There is no room service/ restaurant service after 10:30 pm which was a problem since we only got in quite late.

Good boutique experience. The decor and aesthetic is charming. Staff is welcoming. Good breakfast buffet especially the variety of eggs on offer. The spa is also good - slightly more expensive than the massage available outside but worth the difference given convenience. Front desk helped us arrange cabs for city tour etc. Also a short walk to the beach.

Steered by the charming Mr Sun, this hotel is exceptional. 1. reception staff June, Zar & Yan are always on hand to help 2. food is fantastic - big shout out to Daisy, Mai and the lovely trainee lady at the restaurant 3. the whole hotel is immaculately clean, and our room was kept tip top by the lovely cleaning ladies 4. views from the rooftop pool are outstanding 5. location is perfect away from the crowds. An easy walk to the beach (only the last 30m on the way back are steep) We stayed for 17 nights and everything was excellent All the best to the Pacific Team from the couple in 402 who were always out running

Too far away from the city. They said they had a shuttle but it only runs a few times a day and not at night.

The staff. Zar Sun Mi all were amazing. Breakfast was very good. Pool area was good. Fitness center is ok but needs more updated treadmills.

We had good experience. The manager was really helpful. My child had eye infection, the manager drive us to the nearby clinic. All the staffs are so polite and helpful. The meal was prepared upon request and it was really good. My child who is picky eater, enjoyed the food prepared.

Leaving this beautiful place

Mr Sun and his team Made us all feel so welcome. They are so welcoming and helpful. The place is in a great location just a 15 mins walk to beach. The hotel has plenty of places to sit and chill in communal areas. The pool never closes so great night time swims. Food and drinks brought to wherever you happen to be via the QR codes. Amazing views

It’s only a step climb to the hotel from the beach. Nothing else!

Absolutely everything! We had the largest apartment in the hotel which is a 2-bedroom apartment, it’s lovely absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The staff were wonderful always available to help us with any needs all with a smile on their face! Special thanks to Sun the General Manager who made our staff pitch perfect with his great hospitality!
