IrelandThere was a bit of a funny smell in our room of wood/musty which is our only complaint.
The property was modern, clean with lovely staff. The location was perfect as it was right in the centre of shops/restaurants etc and so close to the beach. Everything we wanted was 2 minutes away. Although being so close go the hustle and bustle, there was no noise which we were very thankful for and our whole group of 3 slept peacefully each night! The staff were so kind and welcoming and helped us arrange our ferry and helped carry our bags to the pier :)

South AfricaFrom my room the music from the pubs were loud until like 03:00 in the morning. My dad stayed just across the passage and he said it was quieter on that side. If you are young and stay out late it will not be a problem. There was however earplugs, but I do not like to sleep with them.
The location was close to pubs and restaurants which was nice. Breakfast was not included, because they do not have a restaurant. So the fact that restaurants are near help a lot. The room was clean and bed very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helped to transport our suitcases to and from the ferry.

Most comfortable bed in the whole of my Thailand trip. The room was also deadly quiet...a rare thing on Phi Phi apparently. Towels and bedding soft and white. Great location on the edge of all things. Quiet air conditioning was perfect.

IrelandThe walls could do with a re paint as they were quite marked. There was a smell from the shower drain when you used it but i think that’s a general problem on the island and not solely an issue for this property. Even with the windows and doors closed a few mosquitos were getting into the room.
The property is very close to the pier, about 2 minute walk and they provide a baggage collection from the pier to the accommodation. Even though the accommodation was right in the centre, it wasn’t that loud at night time.

I understand hotels find some difficulties providing this kind of requests when on high occupancy, but now it is the low season and they were ready to extend my stay, so why not provide a one hour late check out

GermanySince I lived quite a long time in Thailand, I stayed in a lot of Hotels in Phi Phi and P2 is one of the best. It’s located very central, but without noise (which is very important in Phi Phi). The staff is very friendly. They have good WiFi and offer laundry services. The facilities are good, especially the very comfortable bed.
