We stayed for 4 nights and did not receive any form of house keeping throughout our stay. We had to buy our own toilet paper as we were only given 1 roll for our whole stay. I thought this was very poor.

Great location, close to the port and on the beach. Easy walk to the other side of island. The rooms were lovely and clean upon arrival. Friendly staff.

Small room, but great to find a hotel providing one room with 5 beds for the family at a reasonable price. The large balcony helped a lot.

Not far from the town but 10-15 minute walk there and back each time you want to go to a restaurant or cafe is a bit far. We also found the shops closer to the villas more expensive than the ones on the other side of the island. Room floor was sandy when we arrived and one of the towels had dark stains on it. Saw a few cockroaches in and around the unit. Bathroom vanity was wet with puddles on it. Room is pretty basic with no extra amenities included. We had messaged the property with our ferry arrival time in advance and they confirmed someone would meet us to help with the bags but when we got there no one was there, messaged the resort with no response so ended up walking with our bags ourselves.

Nice spot close to the beach and not far from central area of ko phi phi don. Great views from the room. Private beach area for guests in a beautiful spot. When we asked for towels to be changed on day 2 of a 3 day stay, the room was fully serviced and properly cleaned. Staff helped take our luggage back to ferry pier at the end of our stay. Refrigerated water was provided.

Rooms rather to stay for a night / two not longer. On arrival, we found a not-very-well-kept room with air conditioning that could not be adjusted. Very thin walls where you can hear everyone around.

Location of the facility away from the noisy center. Close proximity to the beach.

The conditions of the accommodation where a bit run down, lots of places where things can get in and bite you. Mosquito defences are needed

The location is brilliant at the top end of the beach. Close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife but far enough away to be relaxed. Beautiful scenery and Beach.

Not clean room for 3 day's without change towals, pillow and staff bed , with a lot Ants in the room, and also without put water free bottle in the room

At our arrival the aircon wasn’t working, apparently was an issue with other rooms as well… at the end they manage to change our room.

Location is superb. Is the second time I’m coming back to this hotel as quality/price offer is the best. Don’t expect to be in 5 star hotel. Rooms are old and they might be focus a bit more on cleaning… but overall I would go back.

Rooms are very basic and only blankets are provided. Shower did not work well in en suite and pressure was terrible. A/C leaked during the night and made our floor very wet.

Property was in a good location, 10 min walk from main bars and restaurants and also right beside the sea. Secluded with no noise.

A bit far from the centre but it’s ok because it makes the hotel quiet. The towels should be better, there are tiny ants in our room, air conditioning doesn’t work well.

The shower was located next to the toilet without any separation, so it was uncomfortably to take a shower in there, also the bathroom doesn’t have any air conditioner or a fan.
