The breakfast was OK. There was a dead cockroach next to the buffet once which caught quite a lot of negative attention, unfortunately.

The hotel is right in the heart of Phi Phi while also being quiet and beautiful. The rooms are pretty with a traditional style and are very clean. There is a pool with a bar in the inner court of the hotel which is very inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice place close to everything. Furniture style a little old fashioned but it maybe an Asian style. Perfectly acceptable and everything you need.

This is such a minor thing but the TV doesn't have cable/netflix/etc - it's regular Thai channels. We didn't really use it anyway as we were out enjoying ourselves at night, so it didn't matter at all, but if I had to say one negative thing, it would be the TV. That's it.

Suite we stayed in was excellent, loved the outdoor shower, the well decorated balcony, and the amazing bathroom. Definitely want to stay in that exact same suite again, if we were going back to Phi Phi.

The staff wasn’t very attentive especially at the restaurant, there is no elevator in the building which makes it difficult with the pram and kids, mattresses was really uncomfortable.

It was close to the centre, the hotel is beautiful,swimming pool is fantastic. The staff who took our luggage were really lovely.

The shower curtains were flimsy and impractical for the showers. A small gust would blow them up and allow other guests a look in. I would suggest buying weighted curtains and better curtain rods.

Hotel is centrally located and close to Pier, The room were clean and comfortable for the given price. Breakfast spread is good. The staff were good and helpful. when I went thru previous reviews , found many negative notes, it was becoming difficult to select this hotel, Just took a chance.

Just a note for people who are not able to walk much: there's no elevator, so if you have a room on the second floor you have to go up some stairs, but they can help you with carrying your luggage up. And about breakfast: it did the job, but for good coffee or tea you might need to go elsewhere.

The location is great: walking distance from where you arrive with the boat. And it is in the middle of the main town in Phi Phi and surrounded by restaurants, shops, tour operators, supermarkets and near the beach. Good value for money for us. The room had a great shower, cute balcony and it was quiet when we were there. The pool looked great, we didn't swim because of the rain. There are umbrellas in the closet. I liked the art in the room and the beautiful sink. There's a lot of laundry options a few meters from the hotel. We found it was cheapest and most quick to use the washing machines you can operate yourself. I could stay here again.

all places in hotel is non smoking. Wish they have placed at least an ashtray outside of the hotel or make a smoking area. If you smoke often, this hotel is not welcoming for you..

location was best, and very quite even though it is in the middle of everything. sweet people there. very old hotel, but cleaned enough. air conditioner takes a bit time to make room cool but works well. no mosquitoes found during 2 nights. Breakfast was also good. well kept food with lid so no flies on food.

Pool access rooms on the ground floor

Perfect location for visiting Phi Phi Don, booked this very last minute arrived late and had a lovely breakfast in the morning, the staff were super helpful even took our luggage round to the ferry in the afternoon when we were leaving.

No umbrellas or shades at the pool and in direct sun until about 5pm, annoying if wanting to sit by the pool during the day. The gym is offsite and while it's well equipped, there is no aircon (just a few fans) so it's incredibly warm to exercise in. The gym also has no place to refill water bottles but does provide free towels. The hotel doesn't offer laundry but plenty of places nearby available.

Well located, 6-7 min walk from the pier. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance but it wasn't noisy in the hotel. Decent variety at breakfast. The room was spacious and clean with good aircon. Gym available for free but it's offsite (approx 5 min walk, in Banyan hotel).

It was quite noisy in the night which made it hard to sleep. We could hear noises coming from a kitchen and other neighbours being loud which was really annoying. It was ok for 1 night, but I probably wouldn't have stayed longer.

This hotel had everything we wanted for a short stay in Koh Phi Phi. It's very well located near the main streets, while also offering a good cost benefit with a good quality room.
