The sockets are weak. It was hard to charge a phone, but it’s just really a minor thing. Also please keep in mind that hotel has 3 floors and there is no elevator. For me it was no issue. But it would be hard for people with disabilities or with lots of suitcases.

I liked the hotel. The location is perfect, it’s 3 min walk from the pier and easy walk to all the facilities: a lot of food places next to it, 7/11 is just around the corner. The big plus is that the hotel is located on the quiet part of the island, so I had a good sleep. The room was big enough with balcony and has everything you need. It has an extra card for an air con to keep the room cool down while you are away. The breakfast was good enough.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Phi Phi, quiet at night considering how central it is! Breakfast was great, not sure why reviews are negative for that.

- Staff at the reception don't speak English well - Too many mosquitos not only in the pool area but also inside the rooms - Smelly beach towels - Noisy aircon - There could be a curtain or door in the shower to avoid getting the whole bathroom wet when taking a shower

Very well located hotel, right in the center of PP. Even though it is close to everything, it is not noisy at all. Breakfast is good, they have western options (bread, eggs, cakes, fruits, bacon, sausages). The pool is quite nice even though there are not too many sunbeds. Power outlets work fine. They have an interesting system for the lightening of the room, you can control it all thru a dashboard. We were in one of the rooms close to the pool, which had a very nice view of the hotel. Cleanliness is ok. There are things to improve at this hotel, still I recommend it mainly because of the location

Perfect location for your stay in Phi Phi. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is very welcoming. We had a normal size room on the first floor and we think it was perfect for our stay. The location is great as you're in the middle of the town but you don't hear the noise at night. The hotel has a swimming pool for those who want to relax when there's low tide, but Phi Phi is so spectacular that you likely won't use it either. Just a few minutes walk from all tours pick-up point and the ferry. We saw the hotel staff can help you take your luggage from/to the ferry in case you have a big one

The rooms for me were a little bit too oldish. They need a quick refreshment but otherwise everything was nice

The location was perfect 👍🏼 the stuff was extremely friendly and super helpful. They were also able to recommend things to do. If you eat everything the breakfast is amazing unfortunately they still don’t offer any vegan options. Pool is nice with a bar. The rooms are big

Sockets did not work properly could only use 2 for charging out of many. AC was working but needed to turn on and off manually on the AC. Staff could speak better English. But generally I recommend this place.

The bedroom furniture is bit old and smell weird. But not a big issue. There isn't elevators in the hotel.

The hotel location is amazing.. you have everything around. Breakfast had many options. Bedrooms with direct access to swimming pool. And bat by the pool.
