Sockets did not work properly could only use 2 for charging out of many. AC was working but needed to turn on and off manually on the AC. Staff could speak better English. But generally I recommend this place.

The bedroom furniture is bit old and smell weird. But not a big issue. There isn't elevators in the hotel.

The hotel location is amazing.. you have everything around. Breakfast had many options. Bedrooms with direct access to swimming pool. And bat by the pool.

The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to help take our large suitcases from/to the pier, even in extremely heavy rain. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Breakfast had a wide range of options.

The breakfast and breakfast area could be improved/increased. Maybe move some tables out towards the pool. The lock on the balcony door was broken and the AC remote was not the original so it was not possible to put it on Quiet mode

Didn't had much of expectations from a place in central Phi phi but this hotel was great. Close to everything and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Since it's in the central you could expect quite some noise during nighttime but the isolation in the room was great so had no problem sleeping. Also had a big safe which was good.

The staff were welcoming but didn't make us feel like valued guests. I guess Phi Phi in general treats most travelers as a number because they see so many people come and go each day. The shower in the suite is somewhat weird. The indoor shower head is in the bathtub and is extendable and must be held by hand. The outdoor shower is your typical shower, however, it is in full view of the rooms across the garden, so it works if you're okay with other people watching you shower. The breakfast was a complete disappointment. It was a buffet, but everything other than the pancakes was subpar.

The property met all basic expectations. The location is excellent as it is a 5-minute walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier. The hotel staff will help transfer bags to and from the pier complimentary. There is a welcome drink (just pineapple juice, so don't get excited). The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The Wifi was decent for streaming.

We lost power overnight due to the card not working in our room, which meant no air con. After trying the card a few times and changing it, the power was back. It would go on and off occasionally. Staff didn’t really seem to care when I mentioned at checkout.
