We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeSome of the staff’s tonality towards guests isn’t the best, but most of them are really warm and kind with children so it didnt bother us too much.
The proximity to beach, breakfast spread, activities for children (every night’s movie screening), their passion to help - lost my wedding ring as our toddler was playing with it on the bed and slot it through a tiny gap in the headboard, they came to physically remove the headboard just to obtain my ring. Really grateful! Level of cleanliness was great too.

AustraliaRooms were smaller than they look. Adjoining room needs both doors to stay open as you can't get through but it locks for otherside if you close. Not family friendly room. Shower drained the wrong way so it was harder to shower. A bit more expensive with less things around.
Loved the pool, waterslide and food. Lo action was fantastic close to beach with walkway put the back. Opposite everything you could need. Lovely relaxing vibe. Taxis at your door so easy to grab. Exchange across rd and 7 eleven.

IsraelIts a walk away from the beach, not on the beach. Not enough salads for us, glutenfree options are very limited. The city view rooms are noicy, from streetlife.
This is an amazing hotel. Locatiion can't be better, 1 min walk from the beach. Beautiful swimmingpools, the kids couldn't get enough of it. Breakfast is wide range variety of thai food and european food, with special kids food corner. After 6 days we got enough with the food, but not from the hotel. Great service, very friendly staff, and warm welcome. Super clean, rooms, floor and area around the swimmingpool. Sunset rooms are quiet, not big in space, but pleasant enough. We took 2 rooms next to each other with a connected door in the room, super comfy with kids. Highly recommended.

SingaporeEach guest was provided with 2 pillows. Unfortunately, they were either too soft / low or too hard/ high.
Despite the hotel being 5 years old, the rooms and facilities were well maintaned. Guests may have given some less than ideal comment about the drain located right at the center of the hotel, but i find it acceptable and the drain water is minimum and clean-looking with nodour.

AustraliaThe kiddie pool slide was under maintenance during our stay. The main pool can get busy and tend to be overcrowded. Didn't like that the pool towels were not readily available when needed as you have to go to the reception everytime.
The location is very close to Kata Beach,night markets and restaurants. A very good spread of breakfast.

Great location with the beautiful entryway directly across from shops and restaurants, wonderful staff who were friendly and knowledgeable, clean facilities, secure back gate takes you to a shortcut to the lovely beach, lots to do in walking distance. Great for kids and families.
