The service was slow at the pool, very slow to remove lunch plates if at all. Which is a shame the staff are friendly and pool area is lovely overlooking the beach.

Location it’s central on the beach for walks and other places to eat. Great mix a people from different countries. Had a community feel. The hotel is not overly restrictive with rules such as pool closing times etc.

- mattresses were really, very hard - there is only one restaurant for dinner and it can sometimes be fully booked. Especially on bbq evening. We arrived on a bbq night and therefore didn’t have a reservation. The staff were going to send us to a table inside while everyone else was sitting by the beach. We really had to argue to get a table on the beach (how difficult could it be to just add another one though?) - pool is not ideal for small kids. It’s not too deep but there is no dedicated area to very small ones

- beautiful beach & pool area - food was great but a little pricey! - we enjoyed the fact that the place was a bit out of town and more quite - you can walk along the beach for hours and come across little beach bars and local restaurants. Beautiful! - friendly staff - we loved that there were a lot of families with kids and that all people were really friendly

Everything was overpriced As the resort is quite isolated, the cost of getting out and about was seriously expensive. 400 thb for a short taxi ride. The resort had limited shuttle, evenings only for 100 thb but then you missed the evening activities at the resort such as 2 4 1 cocktails.

The whole resort was fantastic. Uber clean and sparkly. The staff obviously took great pride in maintaining this resort. They even cleaned and raked the beach. Also the staff themselves were helpful and finally, it must have been tje biggest most comfortable bed, I have ever slept in. Finally, the beach was to die for.

The resort is a little remote, but there are several massage places on the beach as well a beach bar and a convenience store near by.

Beautiful property at a reasonable price. Wonderful customer service. Our room was clean and a great size. We really enjoyed the patio pool, the clean beach and the live music.

The staff, the grounds, the facilities and location were perfect ❤️ We absolutely loved everything about this resort. The pool attendants were fabulous and kept us smiling the entire 2 weeks. A special shout out to Sa, Autumn, Au as well as Nino! We’ve left a few out, apologies, all staff were amazing. Our dinners at the Edgewater was outstanding too. The Outrigger is a tad remote but that’s what we liked about it. There is a little restaurant along the beach next to resort if you need to venture out and a little supermarket across the road from the resort. Don’t think twice about booking this resort! You will love it.

The staff were incredible. So helpful and polite. The breakfast was great and the facilities were also really good. We stayed for four nights during our travels and would happily recommend it. The beach was beautiful and our room was huge!

We had car hire. But imagine could be costly in taxis if you want to explore the area and different restaurants. Personally the food wasn’t the greatest, a little lunch or snack was ok, but wouldnt have wanted to be all inclusive, glad we had a car to visit different restaurants!

Lovely clean rooms, spacious and modern. Good size. Nice bathroom/shower facilities. Good pool, plenty of sun loungers, natural shade from trees but have to move with sun if you want shade (if you can get a bed) Lovely beach, easy access, although stretches from front of hotel down to beach so will get some steps in!

Only minor improvement would be if the light under the sink in the bathroom had a switch on it. It was permanently on causing light from the bathroom when we went to bed.

The staff were brilliant and welcoming. When we checked out we forgot our electric toothbrush and the lady on reception was kind enough to post it back to us in Samui. The beach is beautiful and for the money we was very impressed with the facilities. Room was very large, good shower and very big comfortable bed. I would stay again.

We didn't like the BBQ buffet - value for money wasn't that good and there was a small variety of BBQ foods to choose from.

Our stay was excellent. We stayed 6 nights with 3 kids. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool is great and they also have a shallow pool for toddlers. The pool is also very close to the beach so you can walk from one to the other easily with kids. Prices of foods and drinks are reasonable for this kind of resort. The breakfast buffet was very good - it caters to all types of diets, including picky kids :-)

Not found even smallest point to complain!

Everything deserved excellent mark. That was our second stay in OUTRIGGER and we will come again to Thailand and only to Outrigger.
