The hotel was clean, but it's also a little weathered. Some small improvements would bring some shine to it.

Mould in the room. Bed was hard as a rock the cleaning staff did get me something to put on the bed to make it more comfortable I was greatful. Bathroom smelt of sewerage daily. Air con sounded like a 747 and was leaking water and spitting out ice. Blood on the stairs to level 2 for the first 11 days of my stay and blood on the wall in the hallway. Room wasn’t cleaned for three days I was blamed as I didn’t put the sign out I had it done without the sign every day before I left for four days and had 8 waters in my room when I got back so they had come in to my room. Had to basically beg for it to be replenished with toilet paper and fresh towels. I Don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to. I understand it was high season so more staff was needed.

Rats everywhere....they lay on the plates (breakfast buffet). Loft and the building (street side) is renovated, the other parts not. Superior room has no window, no natural light. Our room was not really cleaned...they make the bed and take trash out...

22 nights trying to sleep on the rock hard bed. This certainly impacted our stay. No room change option which was frustrating. While the motel provided us with all our basic needs we felt the property needed more housekeeping staff. The hallways needed mopping more often than they were. The shower cubical, benches etc needed more scrubbing. The pool, while clean needed a bit more maintenance with some tiles missing, and seating lacking. Would we stay again? possibly if these few things were addressed as we are not interested in 5 star resort stays.

The bar/kitchen staff were great. our Aussie welcoming banter helped them feel valued and in return we received that true Thia service, both caring, thoughtful. That is why we choose Thailand for our holidays!

Unfortunately there was quite a lot wrong with the booking: Pictures: The room we stayed in looked nothing at all like these pictures. I'm not even sure if it was the same hotel we stayed at but I felt slightly annoyed that it wasn't what I envisaged. Shower was consistently cold and had no hot water for the duration of my stay. Cleanliness was average at best. Multiple stains on the curtains and bedsheets. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80's. Balcony had no chairs to utilise it and sit out. No irons available at the hotel at all, got told to use the laundry service. Beds were rock hard. It's just extremely outdated. It served its purpose for our stay but want others to be aware that the hotel isn't as it seems. Staff are fantastic but hotel needs an uplift.

The bar area & lobby are very good and the pictures are accurate for how it looks. The staff at the bar and reception are also extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very good to access the town and the beach.

The mattresses were painful to sleep on (felt like sleeping on a plywood box. Room desperately needs updating. Air conditioning slow to cool, and was not running while I was not inside the room. Low water pressure in the shower

Location is great, so close to Bangla road, 2 minutes by walking. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, green areas, swimming pool, lobby, entrance, etc. The hotel is quiet unless unruly guests stay.. Rooms are big enough, I can say clean, not so bad.

Rude Staff, Filthy Rooms, Waited 3 hours to check in (should have been 14:00, was 17:00), no sound proofing at all could hear music bouncing until 04:00 every morning. Doors to balcony had gaps all the way round them, allowing mosquito's and the stench of cannabis to constantly enter the room. Pool looked like a pond.

Staff wasn’t very friendly and helpful. A few times we ask for ice at the bar and every time they say they didn’t have ice. I was willing to pay for the ice. They didn’t treat us well even tho we stayed at the hotel. We order cocktails at the bar. Besides that they only give you half a glass they put it in a plastic container. Room was full of spider webs and linen was dirty.
