Ethernet port in the room was non-functional. Buffet could be a little bit bigger, but a la carte dishes were still exceptional.

Everything was nice and comfortable except after I left the room I needed to use the bathroom and I was taken to the 4th floor and there was no water bidet for ablution it was very annoying as I needed to go back to the room knowing that I had registered. I left the room 6 hours ago and I was at the mall then and came back to get my bags the bathrooms should be equipped with bidets

The only one minor issue was the location being a bit far from the central area but it was very easy to commute using the taxi back and forth

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly from day one until the last moment we left. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The room service was wonderful, except one day it wasn’t that great but still very good. The breakfast was great and the in room dining was ok not much options for halal but there many halal deliveries from nearby restaurants.

Our stay at Oriental Residences was nothing short of amazing and fantabulous! The room was spacious and clean. The highlight for me was the stunning view from my room overlooking the vibrant cityscape of Bangkok - truly breathtaking, especially at night. The hotel's facilities are top-notch; I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and indulging in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. Their local recommendations for sightseeing were spot-on, making our trip even more memorable. Both WAT and IAN made a really good impression and everyone at the reception esp Singsing. I would not hesitate to stay at Oriental Residences again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way possible. Thank you for a wonderful experience - I can't wait to return!

No ac in the hallways and the elevator. And a bit far away from the bts staition I couldn’t walk to bts because it hot with this weather you wanted very near staition . So i used Toktok and taxi for my daily outings.

Everything is so calm there, the interior design and the reception and concierge team especially Wat! The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. And the rooms are same the pictures perfect! the breakfast lounge is a bit small only 1 section but it have it all.

Gorgeous hotel. We booked a regular room + a 2-room suite because we were traveling with a group - loved the living room area, and gorgeous view from our room. The beds were crazy comfortable. The staff was fantastic. 11/10 recommend to all. Excellent location, very walkable to BTS, neighborhood is super clean and safe.

Location is great and the overall look and feel of our experience was extremely positive. The breakfast was tasty and they have a shuttle to the nearby mall every hour if you want to get some shopping done. The pool area is calm and pretty while they also have a nice business center room if you have some work to wrap up. Would certainly recommend!

Very professional staff and proactive concierge. Spacious room with a great view and amenities like coffee, tea and water. We had 1-2 maintenance issues; however, the technicians were immediately there to resolve the problems.

Unfortunately the breakfast did not live up to expectations. Particularly the service was very slow. the staff were friendly but very understaffed which brought down the experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped us a great deal when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay extra nights.
