Dampness and moldy smell in room. When using the bath, the drain did not work properly and slowly flooded the room floor over 7-8 hrs, so at 2am, it was like walking in a small pool of water. Location to Patong- I thought we would be able to walk into central Patong, but the beach was inaccessible, the pedestrian footpaths almost non existant and the traffic - chaotic.

Oceanfront room location was great, swimming pool was excellent

- The breakfast area and the lobby are open, and the weather is hot - No "Halal" label on the food, so you have to ask the staff if you don't know what the food contains - We had to take 2 elevators to reach our rooms, one elevator from the front of the hotel to the lobby, and then we had to walk some distance to reach the second elevator

- The resort is great, the swimming pool looks stunning, and they have a free taxi ride to Patong area every hour - The food in the breakfast is good and diverse - The room is big and has all the essentials - The staff are great and helpful especially (IRIN) she helped us a lot and she has great manners, she is the best and we thank her a lot for all the help

Spa was closed, the mandatory cash deposit which we never knew about, room cleaning is not good enough

Quite puzzling to get around the property. We lived in room 767. Also there was a guest,who was sexually pleasuring himself while fully naked on a balcony where everyone could see from the pool. (Weird)

2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner was not great, prefer to have them separately! Also wish the tv could connect to YouTube or Netflix...

The staff was friendly, even gave me medicine when I got sick! They always helped with everything. The breakfast buffet was big, nice staff who made coffee and smoothies as well.

The staff need some check lists and better direction, whilst always friendly it seems the teams lack good direction. Random approach to making up rooms, missed providing towels, bathroom needs etc routinely. At the pool dirty dishes left by the pool for hours, at breakfast dirty dishes not removed... These issues didn't spoil the accommodation but a little bit of leadership would go a long way. In the interim ask the staff yourself as they are always very diligent when asked. Also, room airconditioning seems to be an issue. It seems that the reverse cycle doesn't remove humidity well. Always moisture in the air, with some of our party asking to change rooms. Unfortunately I suspect the HVAC has some design issues as air doesn't seem to be recycled well.. Highly recommend asking for a dehumidifier.

Well appointed resort with most of the facilities you would expect and always room around the various infinity pools.

A/C was too strong, you can’t without it, but when you switch it on, then is too cold. But it’s not a big issue. Some of days breakfasts area was too full, and was hard to get table.

Food was just OK-ish, could be easily improved, some days the buffet was good though. Some staff needs to be properly trained to be up to the expectations of a 4 stars resort

Room was great - right in front of the beach, good size, big bathroom and comfortable bed. Overall the facilities are very good including the bars and the restaurants
