We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaThe biggest problem is the construction noise. There is building work right outside the villa so noise is relentless early morning and then all day. This also made the pool non-private as workers are on scaffolding and can see into the pool area / property. Location isn’t great. Far away from life and the GPS / maps are not accurate as many of the little roads are not even on the map. Hard to find in the dark!
Villa extremely clean and well-presented. Has all amenities and is very comfortable. Host very kind and very helpful with fantastic communication and even left us a Christmas gift. Can help with scooter hire. Pool clean and looked after. Cute local cats.

United KingdomDidn't like not being told there was building work going on next door/ villa being built by owners 🙄, no pool loungers and pool not cleaned out for the duration of our stay, we contacted the owner and discussed our issues, was not offered partial refund as I requested stating that we were not utilising the villa and having to go out for peace and quiet

Poland- lack of cleaning service (during our stay we didn't get the service not even once, despite the fact that we asked for it, because the garden area was full of fallen leaves and the garbage was lying on the sun heat for few days) - no sunbeds in the villa - our sun time over the pool was spent on uncomfortable plastic chairs - there are local cats coming over to the villa and chasing for food plus making a lot of noise. We are not a cat lovers, so for us it was extremely disturbing - the location without a car is problematic (far from any nearest shop or bar, 25 mins walking from the landmark, and even local taxi/tuk tuk drivers didn't know how to get there
The villa is quite new and nicely designed, with bright and spacious interiors. It has a small and refeshing pool, laundry area and two comfy bathrooms. The area is aside and quiet.

GermanyNow the BUT... we paid around 43500 THB for 8 nights (~1100€) which is a lot for Thailand. When we arrived there was a construction for a new house just left of our Villa. Bird told me there is some noise, I thought it's only for one day, so no problem. BUT the construction went on for EVERY SINGLE DAY FROM MORNING TO LATE!! Despite being away all the time, it was noisy when we came back or slept out (haha, what a joke...) and that's just not acceptable during vacation. Nobody offered a discount for that, that's really bad for such a high price! I would at least offer a 25% discount and inform the guests about that issue BEFORE THEY BOOK so they can still choose a different location. Also the noise from the A/C in the master bedroom is extremely loud, because all the equipment is located just at the backside of the house where that room is located. A/C doesn't cool properly as well in the master bedroom...
The Pool Villa is located at the end of a quiet street, location is very good for going around Krabi. Pool is nice and clean, outside area has a nice structure and flowers that look nice. Carport for car or motos. Bird was the host, she did a fantastic job of helping with check in, renting motos and booking tours!

MalaysiaThe master room had some sort of unpleasant smell/odor.
Amazing layouts with a reasonable size enjoyable swimming pool. I love the fact that it's near krabi walking street, easily accessible to 7/11 and bars 🍻. The villa was clean and tidy, well maintained. Amazing backyard. The host was welcoming and friendly. Worth the time we travelled from Malaysia, definitely a place that we'll come back to. Highly recommended.
