The staff were great. Special thanks to Molly for the get well note and also to the lady who cleaned our room, unfortunately I don't have her name, special thanks for her assistance and caring. The room was a nice size and comfortable. View from premises amazing.

The floor in a corridor leading to our room was wet, my partner slipped on the wet floor and damaged her knee. One week after departure my one night’s security deposit has not been refunded????

we noticed there was no lifeguard to supervise the children around the pool, which we considered a weakness that needs to be addressed

The hotel was located on top of the hill, but any transportation should have brought you up there. The staff was warm

Room was next to a very loud nightclub making it hard to sleep. Also room was next to sewage drain so we got to smell that on the way to/from the room each time.

Very nice pools and restaurant/breakfast. Room was big and clean with good A/C.

The cleanliness and wifi

The staff was friendly, the facilities was very good, there only problem was the cleanliness of the rooms was not good and the wifi was not that good

We got a sea facing room at level 5. Open view of vast ocean and sunset made time spent sitting in the attached balcony with a cup of coffee really relaxing. Beach was across the road downslope and the busy market area was not too far away - easily accessible with bike taxi and tuktuk. Hotel also runs an hourly shuttle to market.

Room felt small and dated Location very busy

Location is great if you want to be in the hustle & bustle of things. Short ride or walk to centre of town. Can use tuk tuk. The centre of town is very very busy. The hotel is on a Main Street. You will hear cars pass by most of the time but it didn’t really bother us. Pools were really amazing and kids loved it. They have a restaurant on site serving the most amazing Indian food. We ate there a few times and enjoyed all of the dishes we tried. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. My son got ill during our stay and staff were very helpful. The beach is across the street. The hotel is on a hill. They provide free shuttle up and down which was lovely. Staff very helpful. The beach across the street is not the best but it’s still good. The hotel rooms feel a bit run down. We booked a family room with king size bed & double bunks. Next time I would rather book 2 rooms as it felt a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 teens. The hotel is not in a quiet area is that is what you are after.

The room is very clean, and the bathroom is nice. The breakfast needs more fruits and milk products. The pool is nice too with proper facilities.

The towels provided were strange as I had to request washcloths on several days. One day they were not delivered to the room after being requested. Also, this isn’t necessarily a con for me and my group but the property is located up a steep heel which may be limiting if you have mobility issues. We liked being in the hills because it provided excellent views.

The location of the property was perfect. Right across from the less crowded side of patong beach and walkable to several restaurants and shops. The staff were also amazing and very accommodating. The ocean view room was perfection!

The property is on the hill and we had to walk uphill from lobby to our hotel room. Although it had good views of the water, it is not beach front and one has to cross the street to walk to the beach.
