The restaurant is far away from the rooms. It would be more lively if they build restaurant in the hotel.

As a solo traveler it’s nice to be able to have a chat with random strangers… I couldn’t do this here as my Russian is non-existent. It was also Songkran and the hottest time of the year so even leaving the air conditioned comfort of the room while the sun was still up was a challenge. On the map it look like a short stroll to the beach but as Club Med occupies the entire front and refuses to allow access, the beach is more a long walk than it is a short stroll. Still, I can’t blame Niranapa for that. One thing, you need more than one coffee machine at breakfast.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception area is all open and beautifully simple in a Thai kind of way. And considering the amount of activity around, it was very quiet.

The buffet style breakfast was a bit of a let down but easily fixable. All hot food was stone cold - this unfortunately wasn’t a one off, my partner and I stayed for 3 nights and each morning was the same. The pool area lacked a bit of atmosphere, a little music would be great!

Staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful - never without a smile on their face. The room was clean, modern and beautiful, wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We heard the staff communicate in the morning on their walkie talkies through the door and other guests were smoking by the pool, but overall we had a great stay.

The resort is an oasis of calm within a bustling street of Phuket. Great to relax by the pool, the property is clean and modern and the bed is very comfortable.

The gym is very basic, the pool is an ok size but got so warm that I couldn't use it (can't blame them though). The laundry service in comparison to what you can find on the street is very expensive. And as many mentioned already the breakfast is not great, for example no chocolate spread or cheese but a full on salad bar for breakfast. Also if you don't come right at the begging the food will most likely be cold.

The resort is brand new so everything looked great, the staff was very friendly and professional. Location is ok, the walk to the beach is about 8-10min but the resort offers a shuttle that drives every 2 hours to and from the beach. There is a 7-11 right Infront, also an atm. They have room service from their restaurant that also does the breakfast. They have luggage service, a scale and a foil wrapping machine for your luggage.

Breakfast options could be more varied.

Loved our stay at Niranapa. Quite centrally located in Kata which is perfect if you want to wander and explore the night market. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering the hotel. Great pool and the view from the room was stunning. Though the property is located right next to the beach you need to walk about 7 minutes to get to the beach which was not a hassle for us. 7/11 right next to the property alongside with a bike rental, laundry service and spa.

Lovely and clean, the staff were also very kind. They placed a cupcake in my fridge saying ‘Happy Birthday’ on my Birthday- neither me or my partner had mentioned to them that it was my birthday!

The property was new and it was quite quiet. It was pretty central to restaurants, massages and kata beach. The breakfast spread were decent too.

The quality of the breakfast is not up to the standard of the hotel. No local fruits, only watermelon and orange flesh honeydew melon were served (easily found in Europe) The amenities were basics compared to other hotels but sufficient from my opinion. Communication in English with the staff was unfortunately limited but manageable.

Location was very good (10 mins by foot to the beach and close to restaurants and shops) and everything was still in good condition as the hotel is new (2024)

The shower and toilet have a frosted glass door, not a problem for me but could be uneasy depending who you are sharing with.

Niranapa is a beautifully designed hotel with lovely rooms and grounds. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast has many options, and the gym although fairly small, is clean, bright and airy. The location is great, very near lots of shops, restaurants, massage, beach etc. Staff were friendly even though they were busy and occasionally struggled with our accents. The whole place has a very calm feel to it due to the layout and design.

Breakfast was not as good as expected, more choice for western tastes would be good. Toiletries and toilet rolls should be replenished without the need to ask.

The property is brand new, very clean, pleasant and helpful staff and in a great location. The pool was fabulous after a day sightseeing. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The staff on the desk didn’t seem to understand anything we asked for. I think with some proper staff training this place could be amazing! Because the hotel is so new you can feel the staff are unsure and there’s not a hotel vibe it feels more like a resedential complex

The room could do with having a remote control for the air conditioning unit, possibly more staff however the property is new and hopefully they will implement these changes along the way. Reception could with some customer service training.

The location was great everything within walking distance. The bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The beach is also within walking distance as well as many places to eat and drink, I could not fault the location. Kick was extremely helpful ☺️ and pleasant (thank you)

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Niranapa Resort. The location is perfect, it's very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants but still, it is quiet. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are super noisy we could hear everything that upstairs are doing. The breakfast is very average for the price you pay we expected more quality and just overall nicer food. We got a pool access room - not a great idea people use the beds in front of your room and its really no different to a normal room just near the pool. Save your money and just get a normal room

Room wasn’t ready for a 3pm check out, I was entered ny room at 4;45pm. Waited outside… Staff doesn’t talk English language, its so difficult to communicate. I stayed 3 nights, and the second day my room wasn’t cleaned. Then I asked personally to bring water to my room didn’t arrive, after 1,5 hours I called to reception asked again, nothing. Then after the all day I come back asked for water again(personally) then someone brought it to me. The walls are not that thick so you can hear people. Breakfast super poar, no even fruits varieties, its weird when you are in thailand. Didn’t liked at all.

Rooms are nice, new, clean that’s great. And pool’s also nice, but probably wouldn’t go back it’s not enough:)
