The pool is a bit small and not quite flexible on the late check out.

Bed setup requested and confirmed was not correct when we got to the room. They did reset the room, but would have been better to just move us to another room.

There was a bit of a big brother vibe at times. Don't know if they have problems with people stealing things. I thought the 6000 baht cash deposit was a bit steep. Again, could be the nature of the sorts of vacationers in Phuket. I was surprised that they wanted to charge me a service fee for something like getting a taxi when other hotels haven't done that.

Very new and clean feel. Staff was polite. Breakfast buffet was really good. This area, Kata beach, seemed much more relaxed than other beaches we passed to and from the airport. Glad we stayed here.

The only thing is that upon arrival we were requested to leave a deposit in cash, which we were not aware of. Had to go under the rain to withdraw the money otherwise they wont let us in to the room. Good that the ATM was close by, however it should have been advised in advance.

I loved this hotel! Everyone was really friendly, the breakfast was amazing, really beautiful and well taken care. Highly recommended! Super clean, rooms was spacious and new.

The only con of the property was that the restaurant wasn’t apart of the hotel it was out the front so it was a good bit of a walk from our room. The room weren’t cleaned daily and we only got half of one toilet roll and a few tissues so we had to ask for more, there should be enough in the room

I loved the aesthetic and the rooms were so clean and beautiful. It was a very comfortable room. The pool was great and there was shops and restaurant very close by. It was one of our birthdays the week of the stay and they did the room up lovely with roses and towels

The restaurant is far away from the rooms. It would be more lively if they build restaurant in the hotel.

As a solo traveler it’s nice to be able to have a chat with random strangers… I couldn’t do this here as my Russian is non-existent. It was also Songkran and the hottest time of the year so even leaving the air conditioned comfort of the room while the sun was still up was a challenge. On the map it look like a short stroll to the beach but as Club Med occupies the entire front and refuses to allow access, the beach is more a long walk than it is a short stroll. Still, I can’t blame Niranapa for that. One thing, you need more than one coffee machine at breakfast.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception area is all open and beautifully simple in a Thai kind of way. And considering the amount of activity around, it was very quiet.

The buffet style breakfast was a bit of a let down but easily fixable. All hot food was stone cold - this unfortunately wasn’t a one off, my partner and I stayed for 3 nights and each morning was the same. The pool area lacked a bit of atmosphere, a little music would be great!

Staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful - never without a smile on their face. The room was clean, modern and beautiful, wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We heard the staff communicate in the morning on their walkie talkies through the door and other guests were smoking by the pool, but overall we had a great stay.

The resort is an oasis of calm within a bustling street of Phuket. Great to relax by the pool, the property is clean and modern and the bed is very comfortable.

The gym is very basic, the pool is an ok size but got so warm that I couldn't use it (can't blame them though). The laundry service in comparison to what you can find on the street is very expensive. And as many mentioned already the breakfast is not great, for example no chocolate spread or cheese but a full on salad bar for breakfast. Also if you don't come right at the begging the food will most likely be cold.

The resort is brand new so everything looked great, the staff was very friendly and professional. Location is ok, the walk to the beach is about 8-10min but the resort offers a shuttle that drives every 2 hours to and from the beach. There is a 7-11 right Infront, also an atm. They have room service from their restaurant that also does the breakfast. They have luggage service, a scale and a foil wrapping machine for your luggage.

Breakfast options could be more varied.

Loved our stay at Niranapa. Quite centrally located in Kata which is perfect if you want to wander and explore the night market. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering the hotel. Great pool and the view from the room was stunning. Though the property is located right next to the beach you need to walk about 7 minutes to get to the beach which was not a hassle for us. 7/11 right next to the property alongside with a bike rental, laundry service and spa.

Lovely and clean, the staff were also very kind. They placed a cupcake in my fridge saying ‘Happy Birthday’ on my Birthday- neither me or my partner had mentioned to them that it was my birthday!

The property was new and it was quite quiet. It was pretty central to restaurants, massages and kata beach. The breakfast spread were decent too.

The quality of the breakfast is not up to the standard of the hotel. No local fruits, only watermelon and orange flesh honeydew melon were served (easily found in Europe) The amenities were basics compared to other hotels but sufficient from my opinion. Communication in English with the staff was unfortunately limited but manageable.

Location was very good (10 mins by foot to the beach and close to restaurants and shops) and everything was still in good condition as the hotel is new (2024)

The shower and toilet have a frosted glass door, not a problem for me but could be uneasy depending who you are sharing with.

Niranapa is a beautifully designed hotel with lovely rooms and grounds. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast has many options, and the gym although fairly small, is clean, bright and airy. The location is great, very near lots of shops, restaurants, massage, beach etc. Staff were friendly even though they were busy and occasionally struggled with our accents. The whole place has a very calm feel to it due to the layout and design.
