Suite room is large/spacious, but toilet, shower and bathtub only separated from bedroom with a curtain. Street noise is loud.

The room was specious but there’s a bathtub in the middle of it which was kinda weird. Property is a little run down, but they are generous with towels, cleaning, water, etc. Breakfast was kinda weird and not good, BUT you could get it in your room.

Room was fine— just outside old town, close to good coffee, 7/11, good food. Two young’s women working front desk (not young man who could care less) were AWESOME with suggestions and great attitude. AC worked great.

Breakfast could have been more varieties. They only have 5 different type of dishes, and you could only choose within that 5 for breakfast. Although if you go for excursions before 7am they take the initiative to buy some sandwich and pack some drinks and fruit for you to bring it. So if you are staying there for a long time, then you might be eating the same breakfast over and over again. Cleanliness in certain areas could have been better. It is clean on an overall but could improve slightly better in terms of the bathtub and shower area and to do proper maintenance for it.

The location is central to everything .Hotel located at Old city. -Tha Fae Gate 10 mins walk - Boxing Stadium 10 mins walk - Bars almost everywhere -Massage Parlours almost everywhere Almost 15 minutes to 1 hour plus travel to most tourist locations. -3 Hrs to 4 hrs from chiang rai and golden triangle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great for budget trips. Laundry services provided or diy laundry service is just beside the hotel. Overall, cleanliness is good.

The shower was very slippery once wet. The room did not truly have a window to outside, meaning natural light was someone limited. Both those things said, I’d happily stay again.!

Good location, near to 711. Friendly staff. Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable, room had all amenities. Bathroom was super clean and high pressure with warm water.

There was no lift for higher level, need to walk upstairs. No large garden or entertainment facilities , such as swimming pool or fitness center.

The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Good location to riverside and China Town. Easy access to old town. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable..

There aren't enough plugs for the lamps and multiple phones or devices. There was a sewage smell that started coming from the toliet area on the 2nd or 3rd day.

The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The room was clean and the beds are super comfortable. The tub in the room was a bonus that my children enjoyed. There was plenty of hot water and space. The area has a lot of restaurants within a very short walking distance. There is a self-serve laundry next door too!
