Amazing beach, the bungalow is on the beach it hase amazing vibes. The room is basic, good Aircon, shower. We had a little porch with a hammock. Nook and her family are very kind and helped us to book a fairy. Also, we rented a motorcycle from them.

Great room just set back from the beach - lovely verandah, nice setting, away from the crowds - sea shallow quite a long way out, but still lovely to dip in. Seems like nowhere when you get off the taxi, but great once you get to the beach! Close to a particularly nice Indonesian cafe/restaurant. Hired a good moped from the resort office (a bit scary crossing the makeshift bridge to the road, to start, but just get off and lead the bike, if so!)

Srithanu is overly popular, prices are exagarrated, wooden bungalows really not comfortable but expensive.

Resort directly on beach, staff is helpful, rented motorbike from the hotel.

Mouldy hammock, that’s also way too low on the terrace. No fan in bathroom: it was smelly on arrival. Bedside lamp inop. Umcomfy bed. The room is not particularly cosy. Dirty towles and bedsheet full of old stains! Location on google maps incorrect!! Extra 10min walk further down the road. Reception and checkin time is NOT until 9pm as stated on booking.com. I booked the room at 6pm seeing that reception is open until 9. I texted them multiple times, called and emailed and messeged on booking with no answer. Nobody was there. When I finally reached the receptionist by phone, she seemed quite annoyed. She then arrived after a further 10min wait (8.45pm) and didnt even say hello to me. When I eventually checked in with her (after asking her if she is the one I spoke to) she did smile and was nice and we had a little chat about how busy she is, but the overall feeling was not welcoming. For the next day, she told me to checkout at 12 but at 11.30 she was saying she is late for a meeting, why have I not checked out and started whatsapping me to hurry up.

Getting luggage from the car park or main road across the wooden bridge to reception was a little challenging. Improving the path and bridge would be a huge improvement.

The location along the beach is perfect. A short walk to Zen Beach but perfectly located to hear gentle music playing whilst you chill on the loungers/sand. You can also see some lovely sunsets here without hoards of people. I stayed in on the standard bungalows with a/c and a super long bed. This was lovely and well equipped. I then stayed in the brand new cabin located just 10 strides from the water edge. Being woken up by soft waves swooshing was a delight. I was worried about being knocked show, but the curtains can be drawn and opened when you want to. People looking in are more embarrassed than you, so it’s all good. The price for the new cabin was quite high in my opinion. It was okay for 2 nights as a treat, because the location was very special, but I think 9,000 Bart per night is a little steep. The manager of the resort is simply lovely! Always smiling and would do anything for you. This is a family owned resort and the lady running the show is doing a fab job maintaining that family feel. The place is listed as a 2 star, presumably because it hasn’t hit certain criteria. However, this could be higher.

I’d suggest to plan your arrival during light hours as getting to the property is not directly straightforward.

The only downside for me was that water from the terrace came into the room when it was raining hard. I had to use quite a few towels to mop it up. However, this was due to my room being the first in line and not having an enclosed terrace on both sides. Next time, I might choose the Beach Bungalow instead.

Directly on the beach. Quiet, but close to Main Street (restaurants, cafes, shops). About 7min walk to Orion Yoga. Would stay here again if I want to stay in Srithanu again.

The ac in my room wasn't working well and it was too late at night to call a staff member, so I sweated most of the night away. The access from the street requires crossing a rickety bridge (there are two, one is larger) that felt a little awkward with luggage.

The bungalow was big and roomy and newly renovated, with a gorgeous porch with sea views. I loved the hammock and the big table so I could catch up on work while looking at the sea.

The entrance it was a little left out, walking through a pile if rubbish was a turn off.

The location Is fenomenal, beautiful and clean beach, good for snorkelling and relax.
