the rooms were quite small and the bathroom didn’t have any ventilation but other than that it was good.

the location and value for money were excellent. good, strong AC and very friendly staff.

2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom upon arrival. Quite a small room, really no room to put your bag. Staff not super helpful with information around transport etc.

So close to the water! Overall an amazing experience. Quiet, relaxed location. Owner gave me a late check-out for a reasonable fee. On arrival I was also offered an upgrade to a beachfront bungalow for a reasonable additional fee. Good food at the restaurant. Nice verandah.

We got so lucky a beach bungalow was free when we came so we were able to upgrade. So amazing to wake up on the beach, hearing the sound of the waves, soft breeze … It’s a very awesome place that made our holidays unforgettable! I would totally recommend for budget couple or friends who want to have a great time. It’s not luxury but it’s truly amazing … It’s small but amazing value for money: AC works well, hot shower … and there’s a coffee/restaurant right next to it. Also you will find many shops and restaurants around (frenchies: there is an amazing bakery not so far with good bread!)

The beds, as you could imagine were rock solid. My back is still getting used to it out here. And the food is a hit or miss. Some weird things I'll admit. Especially the "English Breakfast"😅. Our first night the electric went out including our fan and them huts are like sun traps. Very hot! We asked the next morning and they had a little rant at us about how much they pay for eletric. Understandable but the heat is very close to unbearable in them huts. Even with the little broken fan we had 😂

The place was amazing. A very chilled out beach with cocktails. Very cute huts. If you're looking for somewhere to have a rest, beachy, very simple living. This is the place.

Huts are really small which was obvious, but there wasn’t anywhere to store or place our belongings apart from on the floor and a very small shelf. No room service or change of towels in our 4 night stay which was a shame.

On the beach front, could hear the sea at night. Lovely bar and restaurant attached and staff was helpful. Also offered to take us to the pier when we was leaving

It must still be emphasized that the staff (mainly the manager) are unfriendly. Also, the internet connection is non-existent outside the restaurant which requires consumption because nothing is planned for the guests who stay here.

The accommodation was conforms to the photos and the price. It is well located to enjoy Lamai beach. The hotel restaurant is literally on the beach with a beautiful sea view. We had a pleasant 4 days stay there.

The rooms are quite small, with not much room for bags. Furthermore, it was warm in the rooms and our fan was pretty loud. Unfortunately there was a dog that barked around 6:30 every morning and woke myself and my partner up!

The location was amazing. We paid for a beachfront bungalow on arrival and it was brilliant. It was also very close to lots of bars/restaurants etc. The price was very reasonable as well.

- Hygiene in the bathrooms wasn’t always the best, more of a camping vibe, and very sandy which made sense since it’s right next to the beach. - No bin in the room. - The sea/beach in front of the bungalows is full with seaweed, so you couldn’t really swim/tan. Though, you can walk to another beach which was cleaner.

- We payed 50 baht per person per night more for a bungalow right at the beach which we thought was absolutely worth it. - Bungalows were simple but had a fan, electricity, a lamp, a mirror and multiple hooks to hang stuff (even a towel was included). - Restaurant + little shop next to the bungalows.

It was a man from the stuff Pwoun-Pawun ,he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. His attitude all the days wasn’t professional he was tired and he couldn’t communicate right with people
