ThailandWe didn’t like that we had to put a deposit down of 1000 Bhat for damages because we had a pet. We didn’t like that we weren’t allowed to eat breakfast Upstairs’s with our pet. Again if you claim you are a pet friendly hotel then be pet friendly! We didn’t like that we had to put a deposit down of 500 Bhat for an extra key card. It is standard with other hotels to get two keycards. And we felt that the additional fee of 1500 Bhat for a puppy was super overpriced / per day. This definitely needs to be relooked, especially that there are no facilities or places besides the room that the dog can go.
The location and resort was great, however we travelled with a pet, so the room wasn’t really accommodating for the pet. The outside area where the Thai hut was located was great and accounted our dog great as she had a garden and it was very convenient. However when the resort says they pet friendly they should allow pets everywhere. For example we could not eat the breakfast as our puppy was not allowed in the open aired restaurant. I can understand having a dog unattended at a restaurant, but then have a section outside by the balcony specifically for travellers for pets away from other people that find it wrong to have a well behaved and controlled puppy in the restaurant. Same with the pool, have a small play pool away from the main pool so the puppy can enjoy the apparent pet friendly hotel. The staff were super accommodating and very friendly although they couldn’t find our booking when we first arrived.

MalaysiaAs I mentioned above small Thai Villa, we needed two keys for both of us and have to pay a deposit of 500 Baht for a second key. When we were leaving, as my husband had paid for the second key, really got hassled by the manager for not keeping the receipt. BUT, isn't the return of the two key cards proof enough???? NO>>>>>>>>>>
The breakfast was awful. Coffee, doubt it had an caffeine in it and tiny cups. Bread was stale for toast, nothing but strange Asian food, not Western in any shape or form. As our priority was to find a place in Pattaya for 3 cats and two adults, it worked, but the Thai House was definitely much smaller than we expected.

GeorgiaIt seems that the hotel hasn’t recovered from Covid. The facilities are outdated, curtains, microwave and walls are with stains. Housekeeping includes only restock of water, toilet paper and towels. The floor is rarely washed. Linen was changed once by request. As for breakfast, they present a variety of choices, however the food itself is mediocre.
Location is close to the beach, surrounded by trees and other plants. The territory itself is well preserved. Housekeeping is maintained on daily basis.

United KingdomThe staff were exceptionally helpful. First night arrived with one of our suitcases delayed in Delhi ! The receptionist lent us a phone charger with correct plug as ours was in the delayed case. Then we were helped with the admin we had to do to get our case back and again really helpful especially Suthi Panyad. Great location, lovely little Thai house accommodation if a little tired. Would definitely recommend and absolutely would go there again 👍

JerseyFruit at the breakfast buffet was not covered so it had lots of flies on. The safe, phone, basin plug and outside light did not work in the room. One of the drawers was broken. The back and front door to the room were broken or had large gaps around them meaning bugs could get in. Huge water stains on the ceiling. The room was very dated. We had to go back to reception to ask for the wifi password which they then wrote on a piece of paper. The pool was very dirty, in the evening light you could see a film of something floating on the surface along with small bugs and other debris.
The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The reception area seating was lovely. Wifi was an excellent strength. Reception staff and waiting staff were very friendly. The room was large.

ThailandSwimming pool is large and shallow. But cleanliness is required. Breakfast was very basic and tasteless. About the staff : Very friendly and supportive at the reception. But the restaurant staff was not friendly and supportive. To the management : Very beautiful and large hotel but failed to maintaining well to attract more customers. Most of the rooms were empty which I observed for 3 days (Weekends). Add more delicious items in breakfast.
I have booked this hotel via Booking.com based on Google Reviews and Booking.com's reviews. Booking.com freely upgraded from Superior Room to Deluxe Room which is bigger space and kitchen. When we have arrived this hotel, the reception staff members assigned us a Deluxe Room. But the room is very old and air conditioner was dirty. Very disappointed. Immediately I have informed to the reception staff and she came and change the room which is OK. But after sometime, AC started noisy and the ceiling light was dirty and lots of insects died inside it. Then again went to the reception and informed them. Meanwhile, I have contacted the booking.com to get some solutions. Unfortunately, they were also contacted the hotel but no response. Somehow, I showed the staff member about the issues. She asked her Manger to change and upgrade the room from Deluxe to Junior Suite Room which have living room. The room was clean and comfortable. But it's surrounded by the garden and we found lizards and insects in the bathroom.
