I couldn't get the hot shower to work. I have no doubt that if I had alerted the staff, someone could have come to fix this (as the staff were very nice), but as it was super hot at the time of my stay, I just made do with a cold shower.

The staff were super nice, the bungalow was clean and comfortable, the location was brilliant. Really nice place to stay for a few days.

The outside area had a lot of mosquitoes, though the hotel probably cannot be blamed. No possibility of breakfast, but there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. There was some renovation going on, but no noise was coming during our stay. Also the renovation sites were not in the view.

Especially the location was super; The beach is almost right outside the gates, a lot of eateries nearby and a 7/11 is also close by. Service was very friendly. The area was lovely with the greenery; it was even a bit gardenlike. The beds were also nice.

There were big swarms of mosquitoes hovering in front of my door around dusk. But none of them really got into the bungalow so it was fine if you just didn’t sit on your porch around that time

You get a lot of comfort for a very low price! The location is perfect: very close to the livelier parts of Koh Tao, right next to the beach but also very quiet and remote

Could get really hot in the night with only the fan which was not the strongest. Wifi wasn’t great also was pretty slow and things wouldn’t load but not the end of the world as wasn’t in there much!

Nat resort was lovely, the whole place covered in gorgeous trees and plants made the place look so beautiful. Rooms were big! Great location.

I don't like receiving two new plastic bottles of water each day - so much plastic over a week's stay. It would be so much better for the environment to offer a water refill service.

The location is ideal - just off the road but quiet enough, and with easy walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. The garden was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

The sink drain kept falling out - so water would go all over the floor when you washed your hands. There were lots of mosquitoes and you could hear people from other units talking all night.

The pillows were unbearable. I folded up towels and used those instead. Gorgeous garden but mosquitoes EVERYWHERE, not the resort’s fault but couldn’t relax on the patio

The room is a bit dark, old and some insects inside the room. It was ok for us for 2 nights but we did not want to stay longer because of these reasons.

Perfect location for us, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The garden is very nice. Correct price. Early check-in in the morning, very nice specially after a night bus trip.

We can't complain because we paid for a fan room, but if you can afford it get the AC room because it's a HUGE difference. The fan room gets super hot, we went in April.

Location is perfect, next to Sairee beach and the busy streets, but the inner garden allows a silent night of sleep. Very picturesque with all the little bungalows. Wifi is strong across the property. Windows have mosquito nets so they're not a problem inside. We got a free upgrade the first night so had a taste of the great AC room.

Mosquitoes gathered outside our front door for some weird reason. Probably a fluke but if it happens to you, burn mosquito repellent incense outside and it will sort it out

Aircon and fridge in the room are great! Our room was about 20 metres from the beach. It’s right by a pedestrian walkway, but there are motorbikes that use the path. Plenty of places to eat nearby. I got my haircut a few metres away, flying trapeze is across the road and our scuba 🤿 diving was a 5 minute walk away.
