The entire stay was excellent right from the time of check-in. The staff were very warm and the service was excellent. Special thanks to guest relations manager Alla giving us recommendations and ensuring every request of ours was taken care. Special mention to restaurant staff Toi and Smile for genuinely taking care of our dietary needs. Thanks to the house keeping staff and the every smiling front desk valets. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again !

Everythink was perfect. The hotel is amazing, the staff is just adarable, professional, friendly and the level of service is beyong expectation. From Front Desk, to F&B or beach staff. The swimming pool is very nice, the beach is totally private and quite. The food is very good, the in room service is perfect. Very kids friendly, so adorable with my daughter (thanks Chud from the beach). And I could continue so on... Thank you for those amazing holidays

If I was pushed to find a criticism, as the pool is an infinity style, some days there weren't that many beds available around the pool.

Loved this place. Luxurious but not pretentious. Incredible facilities. The breakfasts were the best we had in Thailand! Loved the Thai restaurant, food fabulous and reasonably priced. Beach was private which meant no jet skies and beautiful views and good for paddle boarding. Staff all lovely and helpful.

One could question the separate houses / bedrooms when you reserve the two bedroomed villa with swimming pool and oceanfront. My husband and I slept with each of our kids because we didn’t want them to be alone in a separate house. The kids activities were only shortly supervised. The buffet dinners slightly overpriced if you and your kids are not big eaters.

An absolute dream, impeccable, clean. Very comfortable in every way. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable.

Napasai is, by far, the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was a treat for us, and it far exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable (thank you, Lek!). The breakfasts were almost too beautiful to eat. It was quiet, relaxing and was a perfect way to end our tour through Thailand.

Mainly the breakfast could improve, it closes at 10:00 AM which seamed too early for multiple guests. We would also suggest to add a menu for the different egg variaties the chef could make and we found the Asian options a bit scarce (could add an additional bowl with for example a fried dish, like Oyster Sauce Vegetables / Chicken). Apart from breakfast, we found the Western food options in the restaurant limited and especially missed a classic Cheese Burger on the menu. There is one pool for the whole hotel (except for the pool residences), so it can get a little crowded and noisy (especially by children). We would have preferred a dining table inside the room somehow. Also the walk from the room to the beach was a bit long for us, while the beach was actually in front of our room. A simple short pathway could fix this.

The views of the sea and surrounding islands, the room was very comfortable, the staff was attentive and the hotel tried everything to make our honeymoon memorable.

The resort is beautiful. There are enough amenities and activities to entertain whilst you are there. The staff are friendly and helpful. They managed to source some mangosteens for us even though they were not yet in season in koh samui.

Super accommodating staff that have gone above and beyond to cater to our family, including helping me setup a surprise dinner on the beach for my partner and a special meal (lobster) for her bday. Everything for us was perfect. It's worth pointing out that the resort covers quite a wide area and it is on a hillside with some, but not all, villas sitting high above the beach. The walk might not suit everyone. Again, another point that wasn't an issue for us but may be for some, is that the shower was located inside a large stone bath with quite a high step to get into the bath which might not suit some people.

This place is First Class luxury all the way. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and taken to our beautiful ocean view villa, 30 yards from the shore. The villa was beautiful furnished in a colonial style with ample space and great facilities. The staff were all very attentive and happy to help. The large infinity pool, overlooking the beach, was perfect with plenty of loungers and cabanas around the pool / beach area for all guests. Two restaurants as well as a pool bar dining area were all very good and fairly priced. Breakfast was buffet style and lots to choose from. The resort was spotlessly clean and well staffed. There's plenty of free activities such as Yoga class, paddle board lessons, bicycles, and more. We really were spoiled. It's without doubt the best beach resort that I've stayed in, and looking forward to visiting again sometime. Thank You to all of the wonderful staff. Some other info that may be useful...We arrived by taxi from the airport, booked at the airport and they have set fees for each zone within the island. Taxi price was pretty fair at 800bt, c.£18 for 30 min drive. On returning to the airport we booked via the resort using one of their vehicles. It was a bit more expensive but in a luxury car with refreshments and treats. Napasai is approx 6 or 7 miles from the main resort of Fisherman's village which has lots of really good bars and restaurants (try J's restaurant / lounge on the seafront. It's excellent and great value.) Taxi (via grab app) is approx £8 each way from resort to Fisherman's Village. There are two large beach areas either side of the resort approx 10 mins walk. To the west is Ban Tai beach. The food and drink in the Mimosa beach bar are very good. To the east is Mae Nam and you'll find bars near the beautiful Wat Na Phra Lan temple. There are other bar / restaurants within 10-15mins walk of the resort although we didn't try them.

The property is set in a wonderfully secluded location, with an exclusive beach access to the guests. The views are breathtaking from anywhere from the lobby, Seaview rooms and pool. Food is excellent and staff are very welcoming.
