AustraliaThe hot water in the bathroom wasn't working. We told them to fix it then it worked on the last day of our 4 day stay. The kettle wasn't automatically turned off. The air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was cold.
The location is good. The lobby is big and comfortable. There are nice garden and clean swimming pool. The room is big and bright by many lamps. Clean white bedding and towels.

IrelandThe only issue was the noise of the AC was crazy. Extremely loud. It might be only our room was that bad. Only there for one night and we were out late that night. If it was a longer stay I'd have requested a new room or if something could've been done with the noise of the AC
