Not really on a beach. Ocean come right up to the wall all the time so can’t really access a beach.

Really nice property with nice scenery. Room was really clean and comfortable. Was right next to the pre party beach club so really easy for that. Lovely Thai restaurant next door which was nice and cheap.

The water pressure was low. Especially the toilet did not flush properly. If you are sensitive to sound this is not the room for you. you can easily hear the neighbors and the conversations happening in the area. I don't mind these things so it was fine.

It was amazing to wake up to the view of the water (however once you open the curtains it is not very private). The owner was lovely and easy to talk to.

Very noisy. Main road with lots of traffic nearby. Also kind of unfortunate that during our stay there literally 100m away there was a huge festival taking place

Room cleaning is only every three days, although can get new supplies from reception. Got lots of mosquito bites during the night.

Great location to explore all parts of the island. Garden bungalow very large and has everything you need. Owner very lovely. Good and very cheap local restaurant next door.

There’s no bar/restaurant so when hunger strikes you got to find a spot (no shortage after a short walk)

Was in the sea facing beachfront bungalow and it is that- great view if you just want to relax and beach is less than 10 metres away. The staff was very nice, and helpful. They have an option of massage on the beach view which is amazing. Rooms really nice as well.

No complaints at all. There was some building going on next door, but no noise whatsoever.

Hosts were friendly. I had the sea facing studio apartment. Lovely. Spacious. Patio was great. Quite. There was a 7-11, place to rent bike, well priced Thai restaurant and some bars if interested. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Quite a lot of ants inside the room, no coffee spoon, no hair dryer machine.

Beautiful see front of the room, surrounded by restaurants, gas station, coffee shops, convenient store and motor bike rental shops. Friendly staffs.

Bed was really really hard. Like sleeping on a wooden plank.

Right next door to half moon pre party and near all major hostels. Not a party place so nice and quiet close to the night. Big spacious room, bathroom was large and well laid out and they had a great laundry service. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was great until the last night of our stay. Infestation of Ants appeared in the bathroom out of nowhere. Maybe because we were on the beach. Bug spray was provided but more needs to be done to keep bugs away. Infestation was not an exaggeration

The bathroom had some holes in the roof/walls that had been filled with tissues and plastic bags. The bed was also quite hard.

The property is in good location if you have a bike. It has a great outdoor seating area with a hammock. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

Our bungalow was great! It was lovely to have a outside sitting area and kettle to make teas / coffees etc. The room & bathroom were clean and bed was comfy. Mikasa was so lovely and helpful! Perfect location in the middle of the island to explore.

If you not there to party. You'll be slightly annoyed by the noise from the club close by. With that said, it goes off at 12pm.

Only had a short stay in one of the small bungalows, it was very clean and comfy. Great extras like a fridge freezer and kettle included! The bungalow was decorated very modern and surrounded by beautiful plants. Good location, close to the beach/restaurants/shops. The staff were very helpful with any requests such as booking a taxi the next morning ☺️

Terrace by the beach could be better furnished

The staff was amazing! The lady who owns the place is extremely friendly and always looking after guests. The rooms/bungalows are modern and clean with a lovely terrace. The bathrooms spacious.

The road it is in was too small for the shared taxi to turn to, so we had to walk from the main road carrying our bags. The specific room we stayed in didn't have a safety deposit box, which inconvenienced us as we were going to the full moon party. However, the host informed this beforehand when we inquired through chat, and also told us the other rooms have deposit boxes only the one we booked didn't have it.

Mikasa has separate rooms (Villas) situated along a sub road from the main road. The reception was so nice and we had one of the smoothest check-ins. She also tried her best to help us book a ferry back to Surat Thani. The location is in the middle between Thong Sala Pier and Haad Rin Beach (if you're going for full moon party), and taxis are abundant on the main road which is only a few meters away. There is also a 7eleven and some good restaurants on the main road near Mikasa. On the other side of this sub road there is a beach accessible through a small entrance, but I cannot comment on it as I only glimpsed it at night. The bathrooms are not the best but nothing to complain about, gets the job done.

We had a lovely bungalow right at the front looking at the sea but a balcony/porch area and hammock. It’s not really much of beach to swim at but there’s a lovely decking area you can have a drink and watch the sunset. We stayed here for the full moon party where a shared taxi was only about 20 minutes away so that was perfect for us.

The view from the room was very pretty :-) Everything was fine, but we always had some visitors in our bathroom ...think it's pretty normal when you're directly on the sea!
