There was nothing I didn't like, it was a perfect stay

The resort is perfect. Located on Koh Kwang beach which is a picturesque setting. We stayed in the Sala Villa, seaview . Everything was perfect. A large comfortable villa with a beautiful view from the balcony Sunset is amazing from the restaurant. The menu pricing is very competitive unlike some resorts I highly recommend this beautiful resort

The whole Resort needs an urgent renovation. It looks partly very very old.

Very nicely located right on the beach, the rooms are massive. Also a pool for when the sea is a bit too warm. The restaurant serves very decent food as well. Very quaint rooms designed like little houses with a lower and a upper room

Rooms are not new so expect to see some patches here and marks here and there. It’s normal but could’ve been fixed up better. Not really an issue, just an observation. The gym isn’t really usable.

Breakfast was pleasant with a variety of options ranging from Thai to western. Omelet station was also available. The pool was nice and clean. Beach is easily accessible. Our room had a great ocean view. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were all amazing and wonderful. The spa service at the resort was also great.

Not the hotels fault, but low tide, does not look very nice, and a lot of tidal trash all over the sands, all comes into this cove

We had a few lunches and dinners at the restaurant which sits right on the beachfront. It's a pleasant place to have a meal and feel the breeze and watch the boats. The food was good but I wouldn't say it was exceptional. But some of the desserts were really great though. The wifi was okay most of the time, but occasionally was a little spotty.

Wonderful breakfast by the pool. Eggs and coffee to order with a variety of breads and fruits and hot dishes. There was quite a variety and it was well done. The staff were all great and very kind and helpful. The pool is pretty fabulous - the water was warm especially in the afternoon, but it was April when we were there so the air temp was hot so that's part of it I guess. The hotel is right on the beach, so it's easy to go for a walk or just watch the sunset. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful location and a beautiful property. We'd enjoy going back again.

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable rooms with a nice decoration. Huge bathroom with a big bathtub, shower, two counters. Terrace with ceiling fan and curtains makes a nice relaxing spot. Pool was spotless and big Pool loungers and restaurant never felt crowded which was great. Really loved the beach front breakfast

There was nothing I disliked but there are lots of steps so definitely not suitable for disabled.

I visited this hotel about 20 years ago it was newly opened and I’m so happy to see the standards are just as high. The hotel is small and boutique with very friendly staff and a beautiful sunset location. Breakfast is amazing lots of choice and exotic fruits.

Sea is tidal, so it does disappear quite a long way out. Would recommend swimming shoes and some areas are a little rocky.

Location, food, friendly staff perfect. Great breakfast sitting overseeing the sea and beach. Only 5 minutes walk along the beach to other beach side bars and resturants, although we found Nakamanda to be the best food.

No air conditioning and very few fans in public areas. Only one restaurant for all meals, a nice comfortable bar area would have been great to relax in.

Enjoyed the quiet area, nice views and right on the beach front. Many restaurants nearby, took a private long boat locally out to Hong Island, just beautiful. Comfortable room and enjoyed the included breakfast.

Sadly there were a lot of jelly fish in the sea and on the sand. Obviously not the fault of the hotel and apparently the first time they have been a problem.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Lots to watch all day long. Fabulous friendly , helpful staff. Breakfast and especially the Thai pancakes were fabulous.

The room was a little bit tired and could do with fixing up in a few areas (e.g. shower head as mentioned in other reviews). There was a persistent smell of sewage around several areas of the hotel. By the afternoon/evening this was really overwhelming in some areas. Not sure if this is something that can be helped but it would really improve the overall feel of the place if this issue could be rectified

Great location - 1st impressions of the inlet when the tide is out was a bit of a shock, but soon realised this positively adds to the outlook. Great watching the long tail boats. A mile of lovely beaches in either direction, with great swimming. Lots of bars and restaurants on the beach and in front of the hotel. Cheap taxis if you want to venture further afield. Rooms are lovely, big & spacious. A small boutique hotel. Huge pool and a reasonable number of sunbeds. Longtail boat trips from outside the hotel to the islands. This is a relatively quiet area, bars & restaurants tend to close about 9pm, hotel bar & restaurant open much longer.
