It was in an excellent location, everything you need literally on the doorstep, food, bars, massage, pharmacy, 7/11, tour operators, currency exchanges, coffee shop and bakery, markets...everything in less than 1 minute walk.

The motel is located right at Kata walking food market, easy walk to Kata and Karon beaches.

No lift due to the hotel configuration but well, you will get used to it.

Room size was perfect for the price and the hotel's location is unbeatable. You will be in the heart of Kata night market and at walking distance from the beach. The place is lively and safe and easily accessible. If you are looking for a mid-range hotel at a good price, do not look further.

The American breakfast is average. But the other food is great.

Lots of stairs!! Aircon wasn’t working in the first night but they fixed it in the next day. A bit of a challenge to communicate with the staff also but nothing that would ruin the experience.

Great location, close to everything. I was worried about the noise but with the window closed and aircon on, didn’t bother me much.

No elevator but Mr O helped me to carry my suitcase to my room. The room had a musty smell, it was not ok without AC. No view or natural light in my room type but al least it was quiet. The rooftop pools are small.

The location is very central and every night there is a pretty cool night-market in front of the hotel. A bar street in a walking distance. There in an easy access to the beaches, Kuta or Karon. Nai Harn is also close. Good restaurants, shops and a lot of entertainments around. My room was quiet and I could sleep well. Room size was pretty ok. There was a fridge to keep my food there. 2 bottles of water were provided every day. You can take beach towels every day at the reception. Nice personnel. Mr O was helpful, he paid for my transfer as I arrived at night and did not have cash with me, he allowed me to make the payment in the morning, thanks a lot!

If you want to go to sleep before 12am - it's not an option because of the music from night market just under your balcony. No place to dry your clothes - if you will put it outside, it will just fly away because of the wind. Be careful :) I would say, that bed linen could've been much cleaner.

Location is pretty good - not far away from a beach, night market in just under the property. Good restaurants and a lot of entertainments around. Nice personnel. Brought water every day. Room size is pretty ok. Table to put a laptop and work suitable for one. 7/11 just 30 seconds walk. You can take separate fresh towels every day to go to a beach (just bring them back).

No natural light and other room seeing directly into ours

Very good location, quiet place even it’s in the Main Street. No view or natural light. But it’s was ok for us as we just stayed there to sleep.

When you removed you key all sockets turn off thought my charger was not working until I discovered this . Is this Normal?

I didn't pay for the booking online and learned the hard way. It is better to do so because paying at the stay with a credit card (I was trying to save my cash) will incur an extra fee and you will end up paying a few percent more than what you initially booked for.

This was a charming place. I loved its location and enjoyed the spacious room. The rooftop swimming pools were a bit smaller than what I envisioned from the photos but since no one was using them, I had a great time dipping in to cool off from the heat. I liked the breakfast meals that were included in my booking, although with many restaurants and food choices around, it would have been cheaper to just go with the non-breakfast option instead.

The beach was very crowded. The 2 small pools on the rooftop are not very special.

The location is very central and every night u have a pretty cool night-market in front of the hotel. Also night-live with many bars are approx. 3min by walk. Nevertheless, the rooms are mostly quiet and we had no problems to sleep well in our room. There is the possibility to rent scooters for good price at the reception. Breakfast is also good and some daily food-variations are offered.

The smell of food (really strong) qreaches the room (from the outside) (it’s on the 2nd floor). I had a balcony room and the view was for the road and Ozo pick up point (where everyone is waiting for a taxi. So as you understand, I had the curtains closed for the whole stay.

Located really just 7 minutes by foot from the beach. However, it’s also in the middle of the partying area (literally, you step out of the hotel and there are loud music, food courts and bars). All markets, shops and etc are super close, can find everything just in 5-10 min. Quite easy to find a taxi in this area

Keep in mind the building doesn’t have an elevator - I don’t remember seeing this when I booked but I also wasn’t checking specifically.
