- 500 baht deposit for keys - no elevator - some devices seems breaking a little, I've got a room with broken safe (couldn't close it) and air conditioner (it was leaking), so they let me change the room. In another room the safe had problems too, but the stuff managed to fix it. After some time the air conditioning started to have problems and it was a struggle to turn it on sometimes.

- excellent location (close to the beach, the diving center, the party area) - 2 bottles of water everyday - parking for scooters behind the building - laundry service - helpful stuff

The air conditioner stayed on really really cold all the time . And if we took out the key tag to stop the aircon, then we had no power .

- Had an issue with the Toilet in my room, but Staff allowed me to change to another room. - Location is quite far from Patong. If you like to party until late midnight, this is not the best place. Phuket Smart bus will only go to Kata around 9pm at the latest.

- Balcony is a nice place when you want to breath fresh air in your room - Location is right at the Phuket Smartbus stop, so you can easily wait for the bus across or in front of the hotel (depending on where you go) - Quiet, secluded from traffic or noises. Kata Beach is good place to stay away from the crowd - Walking distance to Kata / Karon Beach, which is currently the best beach to chill around Phuket during my stay - Hotel price is unbelievably cheap for a spacious room - Staff is kind and responsive to my needs. They're already working since the early morning.

Just the airconditioner needs proper cleaning as it seems very noisy.

It is an ideal place to be in with restaurants nearby, and a nice coffee shop. Just a walking distance to the beach and easy access to some places as it is along the main road with tuktuk, bus, taxi available anytime.

The artwork and the 5 different colour walls were a bit weird but all in all it was nice!

Close to the beach and some pretty nice restaurants around. The bed was firm and nice but two single beds were pushed together instead of a double which wasn’t the best.

- A lift would have been a great add on. - The huge printed wall photos behind the beds are a little outdated. may be similar graffiti would have been more a-tuned to the vibe of the property. - Not a great choice if you are choosing this for the view only. Very basic city view.

- Great budget accommodation for solo or couple travellers. Longer stay with discounted rate is a great catch. - Whole place has a surf/ action/ warm / colorful vibe to it. - Rooftop small pool is just a great add on. - All basic amenities with good location in the city (kata). -24/7 access even without the presence of property representative shows great faith and open culture.
